We have been looking to create a loyalty program for our site and retail store for a while and have never found the right platform that can do everything we want while also being affordable. Ethos has been able to do everything we have been looking for, and they have even added features for us as well! The backend is very easy to use and customize on our Shopify site, which makes managing everything really easy. Vohara and Maddie are both great to work with and are always quick to respond and helpful whenever we have any questions. We are so happy we found Ethos!

The Better Reports team is great! Any time there is a report we need that Shopify can't create, we can message the Better Reports team and they can help build the report for us. The always get back to us quickly too. Tons of great functionality / report features in the app!

iPacky has made our warehouse so much more organized and has made pulling and packing orders efficient! The metafield bin locations and barcode scanning has made pulling orders much easier with less chance of human error. David did an onboarding call with us to help set everything up and gave us tons of great tips for how to use iPacky. The support is always very responsive and helpful with answering any questions we have. Highly recommend!
