okay app, too expensive when you have multiple POS locations and bigger contact list. the estimator indicates somewhere around $250 per month, we've end up being charged for $429. We had to pause the app last month and you know what, the bill just kept coming even though you are not using anything.

Our pricing is based in USD which is why the billed total may appear higher when converted into your local currency. The campaign has talked enough about the new features of this soon-to-pay brand new POS pro. Here's something I found that need to be fixed before we are actually charged. The NEW POS PRO doesn't allow you to add shipping in a quote. Once you add a shipping, you are only allowed to either 'go back' or to 'checkout'. The NEW POS PRO doesn't show correct staff who sent out the quote. The app requires an account with full permission to sign in and then a staff with restricted permission to log in with their pin. Once a quote is sent out by a staff without full permission, the quote is always linked to the account owner. Once customer pays the quote online, the system attributes the sales to the account owner instead of the staff who actually sent out the quote, causing report issues.
We installed Judge.me a few months ago. Very happy with it in a few ways: email customisation, automatic placement with a design, integration with other apps we are using, auto coupons to our customer as a little gesture of gratitude. It pushes our review automatically to our FB. The most of important of all, the support is online, on time. We talked with Javier, who solved our review placement issue online straight away. In all, the bucks paid monthly is well worth the investment. will recommend to any one considering product reviews.
We use the Prestige theme. This app simply doesn't display anything to our collections. A waste of time and money

I’m sorry for your negative experience with our app. Since we were failed to connect to you via email earlier and we couldn’t reply to this feedback until recently this function was released, allow me to follow up here once more time. We checked the problem carefully and it seems like all the filter options has been disabled manually by mistake, hence you didn’t see anything from your collection.
