The app works well, and the customer service is responsive.

I have recently changed Themes and actively made adjustments alongside other developers. The theme wasn't playing ball with the app on our test site. I contacted Wholesale-All-in-One, and within 24 hours, they implemented the fix that integrated the system back into the website. One error I made was that I had a developer working on minifying the website using a copy that, when put live, was not the same version, and I had to get back in touch with the app developer. I am pleased to say they were helpful and understanding and fixed the system for us again. My only future suggestion would be to include instructions on adding this ourselves when the auto-installation doesn't work as expected. I'm really happy with the service. A little update here, we recently used the app again for another website and they have been fantastic is resolving a few installation issues; they got it working as expected promptly. Very happy with the service.

A great app that integrates well with the store. Balint described the product and its benefits over Smile quickly and subsequently set us up over a few days to use the service. I waited 2 weeks before posting this review to be sure that I was happy. I am.

It's a good app that does its job well but has a few limitations. I was having issues with the images on eBay, and I wanted them to be different from the ones on the website. The customer service here to work out a solution was fantastic. I gave back a star for this resolution and the customer service. I now only have one issue I am not happy with: the template solution wouldn't work for me, and a working HTML description editor would be the only solution. It's a 5-star app with that fix. - The HTML structure doesn't work; I previously had individually set up product descriptions for eBay, but they don't work using this app, so the code breaks. - You can't edit any product information on eBay as the Shopify Marketplace App will overwrite it. You can adjust policies on eBay. I want a toggle option to be inputted to either have eBay overwrite the product images or description; other than that, it should just be product SKU identifiers and various other product listing details.

Excellent service, Prompt and helpful with my query. Sid helped me get the Upsell system working on the website and helped me with some CSS styling while he was there.

A great app with prompt service. I was using a competitor for quite a few years though they weren't helping and didn't seem to be working on the product for the future, I can see that this appears to be different for ReCharge. A good product worth the hassle of swapping services. The service continues to be good though, like others on here I can see a price hike in the near future. We may want to be looking further afield as the service wasn't cheap, to begin with, and we have 3 websites using ReCharge, this is quite the bill.

Prompt assistance and my issue were resolved :) I wanted to include a link in the notification email to access the invoice. I couldn't see this option in the app. I was provided a code for the notification box which solved the issue. Happy Customer :)

Great service as ever, very prompt and the app works a treat! I have this on a few of our Shopify stores where it makes sense :)

One of the best apps we added to one of our stores in 2021. It's really helped us to show off our reviews in a more presentable way! We are now looking to use it on our other websites. Customer service is top-notch too!
