We've just begun using Reputon on our site to create a "recommended" page of items we don't carry (sometimes you can't beat Amazon). So far set up has been a breeze and I don't have a single issue.
Customer service has been very responsive to my initial questions about widget settings, and integration has gone very quickly and smoothly. I am currently enjoying setting up the FAQ options in the chat widget to help customers find their answers as quickly as possible. letterseals.com

LetterSeals.com I've been using Product Personalizer on my Shopify store for a few years now, setting up visual customization for our custom products and complex logic trees for product options. I've been so happy with the product; the service is top-notch. If I am ever struggling to figure out a way to create a specific result or have any issues with our setup, the Zepto crew is fast to help, and have the perfect solution.
Letting our customers create a wishlist, or tag an item as a favorite is a way for them to help organize their choices, share their gift ideas, and be able to come back at a another time to continue to shop. This app had the best options for the cost, and customer service has always been top shelf.

I began using Govx ID to try to find a low-cost option I could use to recognize our first responder clients. Not only does this appear to work better than the other apps I have tried for this service, but it does not task the merchant with fees or costs.
I've been using Stamped.io with my store for about a year now, and am very happy with the ability to show product reviews, as well as customer images. Since the app shows the reviews as being from a confirmed customer, and the location of the customer, others can take confidence that these are actual and genuine reviews. - LetterSeals.com
I have been using the calculator to show my clients the realtime rates for shipping within the US + globally with postal, UPS and DHL options for a year plus now. It is VERY helpful for the shipping quote to show on the cart page without customers having to move to the checkout process to see the shipping rates. The most frustrating part of online shopping is to not see my shipping options without having to go through a second step and giving a merchant more personal information - this app step in and gives quotes based on the shoppers location without the need for their input.
