Amazing support by Mina! We were on a short leash with the changes we needed and she got it done in 30 mins, not only that she answered all queries patiently and solved all our issues. If anyone is looking for any application with these use cases, please choose this app.
Amazing experience using this app and a great customer support as well. All queries were answered very promptly and they helped guide and fix anything that came up the same day.
Very unprofessional team. They keep scheduling meetings that they do not join. Support is super bad do not go for this app. There were 2 meetings scheduled at different timings and their team did not join it only to say that there was some issue with Zoho on 2 seperate days apart.
Amazing plugin/app. Just one small feedback : Can you please integrate a way to show the product name and the product pricing within the box like how Amazon.com does. That would be a game changer. Thanks once again
