KartDiscount: 25+ Features

This is without a doubt THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! Kevin (the developer) went way above the normal standards of service provided by most apps, or any business for that matter. Kevin basically re-coded the app for me, so it worked with our other third-party apps and our third party checkout, this is something I've bee trying to pay independent developers to do for months, no one else could do it... but Kevin did it, and for FREE! I'm blown away by this company... If you are considering this app, I 100% advise you to get it. Thank you so much for your help, you are a true expert and professional in your field- 10/ 10 - five stars, the whole lot!!!

app utilissima per chi vuole implementare gli sconti già all'anteprima carrello! il servizio clienti è veloce, utile e tempestivo! assistenza fantastica e app davvero utile per convertire di piu

The team provided exceptional support! They were prompt, efficient, and focused. Highly recommended.

Great way to display all offers at one place and offer discount based on products in cart. Must recommended.

Very unprofessional team. They keep scheduling meetings that they do not join. Support is super bad do not go for this app. There were 2 meetings scheduled at different timings and their team did not join it only to say that there was some issue with Zoho on 2 seperate days apart.

Great App and Super Support!! I 've encountered unexpected issue in using app but it has been fixed as soon as I reported to support team Strong Recommended

Really great support from the team at KartDiscount. The Discounts are finally working properly! The support is excellent, thank you Lichi!

Helpful and responsive support team! Includes important features such as Free Shipping and automatic discounts based on your own conditions!

This app is the best! Discounts on slide cart drawer and cart pages that work and look seamless. The support is phenomenal, thank you Lichi Patel & developers for the prompt service. From morning to late evening Australian time , they REALLY helped me out. Thank you team.

the dev team can make any customization you want (the have sometimes a fee of about 20$ for hard stuff). The app seems great.

The app works great and solves some of Shopify's important shortcomings. The customer support is absolute stelar. They went above and beyond with me to solve issues that, as I found out, were not even related to their app. A five star team! Great support!

I am very excited about the app and the support. Whenever I needed support (functionality or design), the support was fast, friendly and very helpful. Whoever wants to increase their sales with a coupon on cart feature, this is the place to be.

App works great and support is super helpful. They helped us customize the design as we pleased and it truly looks native on our theme now. Functionality is great as well. Best app for stacking discounts / having discount codes in the cart!

Great APP, very well done with many discount options. Kind customer support and solves the problem right away.

This app is perfect, it integrates well and the user has no difficulty in entering the discount code. It has no conflicts therefore perfect.

I have been using this app for three years, and it's great, no issues from their end. The live chat is very helpful. Whenever you have a problem, or you need a theme update, they are always quick to fix the app or set it up.

We changed the theme a lot, and they can help me install the app every time! Very Good customer service.

Great app, if there are problems or you want something adjusted they help you quickly. So I can definitely recommend using this app.

This app is very easy to use. Customer support is great. They reply almost immediately and start working on the problem while you wait.

I use this for the discount widget. Seamless integration. Very happy so far. Great customer service.

Really great app, and they are very helpful, we updated our themes many times, and they are happy to help us every time!

**update after 1 month** still waiting for the refund of the double charge. after installing, encountered payment issues as they require me to make separate payment to get the stack discount feature. after payment, it was still not accessible to my account and they say payment was not captured. payment was deducted from my bank 2 times. hopefully I can get my refund for the double charge. was told stack discount will be granted quickly after payment. didn't happen at all and still waiting for confirmation on what is going on. code work in cart but does not apply when proceeding with checkout. reported issue to them but didn't get any acknowledgement of issue. so many issues and i am left hanging without any reply. never had such a horrible experience with any app developers before.

perfect and really excellent support. Fast help. App works perfectly with our store. We are using it already more than 6 month

perfect and excellent support thanks 4 that. We love this app and they work very well - we have currently the small plan but we think we want to get the large by time.

Worked well for us for two years. We may have had a glitch that is preventing us from using it but the support has been great with helping us try to resolve this issue. Hopefully we can use this app again moving forward.

Great support, especially a big thank you to Lichi! I had a problem which was fixed by Lichi within a few minutes. Great!

Great app! Perfect to increase conversion rate and improve UX. Excellent customer service! We needed some adjustments and they were so fast providing a solution ;)

The support has been fantastic. I had so many questions even before I installed the app. I then needed help with customization and they have been so patient and helpful. The app has been great so far as well!

Very useful, and Kartdiscount customer service team helped us with the customisation, so everything works in perfection.

My customers always told me they had a hard time finding the discount code box on checkout.. However, I haven't had a single complaint since installing this app on my store and it definitely helps with conversion.

Thank you Lichi for you great support in directing us the right way regarding a problem with the discount falling off after the customer paid. I appreciate your help so much!

This is quite a useful plugin, it helped me a lot. Their team is also great, responds quickly and solves a lot of problems I would recommend this plugin to everyone around me

Thank you for all your help and prompt service with editing the discount field onto my theme with a drawer cart feature!

Prices in the app are higher than listed in the store or on their webpage. Once you install, the prices are $8.90, $13.90, and $18.90. Bait and switch.

Best Customer Service. Solve my problem one by one. Highly Recommend. I will get this for my another web. Cool function for cart drawer.

Sehr gute App, die die Standardfunktion Rabattcode auch im Warenkorb endlich verfügbar macht. Funktionier alles sehr gut! Support ist auch hilfreich und schnell.

Awesome customer service! They had me set up very fast. They requested access and within hours I was up and running.

The team helped us to fix a complicated bug that was causing a big issue with currency conversion in our checkout.

Charged $28 for "one time setup", and the app actually did not work as intended. Super bad experience overall.

Great developer support and an app that works as described. Definitely has improved conversion rates by making it easier for people to find where to input discount codes.

Chandra and his team did a great job. They responded very quickly and solved my problem within a few minutes, which is very remarkable.

The app works very well, and the support staff is very friendly, and responds very quick. Would recommend it to others.

Great app for stacking discounts and customer service is very responsive! Thanks so much for the help.

This app is amazing for solving the ever-present question of "where do I put the discount code..." Highly recommended

We are really satisfied this App and Stack Discount very useful with the Best Customer Support team! great job! Much appreciated!!! Keep up the good work :)

We have been using the app more than 1 year. We have not encountered any problem. It works very well.

I used this app to improve conversions on a big sale campaign with coupon. My conversion rate increased 1.4% and I'm really happy with how it works on my site. The support was amazing and they installed really quickly.

It is a very useful application, we were looking for something to stack discounts and Kartdiscount helped us a lot

The KartDiscount app is really amazing and the support team is very helpful and replies quickly to all concerns. I will recommend this app to minimize cart issues.

Love this app. The developers were super helpful with installing everything exactly how we wanted. We really didn't have to do much! Will be keeping this app as it's super useful.

Amazing app and support ! It does everything I was looking for and even more. I recommand it to everyone

Super app. Great and fast support. The team quickly helped me to resolve some issue i had on translations. Really good job guys!

This app has made it to where I can offer specific discounts to my VIP groups, and being able to stack them is amazing!!! There customer service is great !

Used this app and was faced with implementation issue. Extremely quick to respond and was helpful throughout in resolving the issue.

Great coupon in cart app and awesome customer support when needed, thank you very much for offering this service

The KartDiscount app is really amazing and the support team is very helpful and replies quickly to all concerns.

They did such a good job to fix my issue even weekend! I had several issues with my new theme. Also their app increased my conversion rate.

They helped me add a feature to enable multiple automatic discounts (paid extra for development, but well worth it). I didn't even know this was a feature of theirs when I downloaded the app. Solved a big problem! Great work!

This app really helps improve conversions. It does two things: (1) it shows the applied discount on the cart page, and (2) it allows customers to combine/stack both manual and automatic discounts . Store owners can control the way discounts can be combined. Customer service is generally responsive if you allow for timezone delay (they are based in India). When I discovered a bug in the app, customer service fixed it within a few days. I only have one niggle / suggestion for improvement: notifications to customers (e.g about minimum order values) are shown for only a very brief moment. It would be good if the display duration of notifications could be edited.

After downloading the app. They personally will make sure your coupon field matches the theme of your website. Just takes about a day or two for them to get to it.

他のアプリとの兼ね合いで、クーポン利用のためにこのアプリを利用しています。日本では金額に小数点以下はいらないので、どうにかしてほしいと問い合わせましたが、次の日には小数点以下を削除してくれました。 Thank you.

The Anglerfox team created a custom discount action for our store. We couldn't be more pleased. It works exactly as intended and the communication during development was excellent.

App working well after KartDiscount's team implemented for my store. Support is helpful too with my questions.

quick support, does exactly what it says it will do. glad i found this app to help customers see discount before checkout.

Needs the highest level + $28 to apply multiple discounts. Ridiculous! One extra star for near-instant customer service. EDIT: In reply to the developer's reply below: If you want to be able to apply multiple discounts in one purchase, then yes, you *do* need to choose the highest tier. Also, the amount of email I've had from the developer since uninstalling is enough to have me look for the block option in my mail program.

Navneet was amazing, took his time to explain all the steps and function and this product works like a charm.

This app does exactly what it says, and provides exceptional value (especially at a very low price point). The support team is extremely helpful and prompt, too!

I used this apps before. lousy apps and to all merchants pls don't install. The most unfriendly apps to use.

Ah-mazing customer support. Really appreciate the help Kevin provided to tweak a few things to get the app working just right for our store. Definitely recommended! Very prompt and responsive and a big help for us.

This is was exactly what I was looking for. The app works great and the developers are very helpful.

Don't let the $4.90/month price fool you, or the fact that every pricing structure on the home page of this app doesn't tell you what you are and aren't receiving. For $4.90 all you get is the discount code to physically show on your cart page. You don't get to use multiple/stacked discounts until you go to the middle package and pay a one time $28 fee, and you don't get to use automatic discounts until you go to the TOP package, and again a one time $28 fee. This was unfortunately the first app we purchased on shopify due to the number of 5 star good reviews, and I feel like it's a $4.90 loss with a big lesson learned.

These guys are awesome. I use it for atleast 5 of my ecommerce stores, and their team is also be able to code anything personalised for you to match it with your theme design. Their customer support is the best I ever experienced in a long time. You should not hesitate to download this app!!

Great customer service, app is set up for you so nothing for you to do. Coupon box is visible on cart page rather than progressing to shipping/checkout - I don't know how many times I've had to explain where the section is to previous customers or take the discount off after they'd ordered, but we must have been losing sales because of this. Fits in with our theme perfectly. Lets see how it affects our conversion rate... Very happy thus far, the rest is down to us.

Great app and wonderful customer service, really pleased with this, can't believe it's not a standard function in Shopify anyway! Would recommend! thanks!

Customer service is great. Kevin assisted us in an awesome way. The app is pretty simple to configure. Totally would recommend!!

Kindly and quick support! Appreciate!! New feature (Stack Discount) is very helpful for set up to several kinds of collections.

Great customer service so far. They responded to my messages very quickly about installing the app in a timely manner. Thank you!

The app is amazing and the customer support is also amazing (Kevin) I value for money and increase the conversion rate at the sky!!!

Set up took a few days but since then it's been working like a charm. When I needed support later on, they replied fast AND added the requested functionality. Recommended.

Amazing product workaround for a long-standing issue Shopify refuses to resolve. Literally, all you have to do is install the app and it works perfectly!

Great app, fast and reliable support with very quick response time. Recommended to increase conversion rate

Great support. Solved all my needs despite needing a slightly custom solution. App works well and does what it should. Very happy

Just started using it, works well thus far : ) Note that if you want to use it with an app that creates draft orders (we have custom options, for example), you need to use a compatible app.

Très bon soutient au niveau de l'application & réponse très rapide à partir du système de Chat, merci à toi Kevin. Audrey ---------------------------------------------------------- Very good support at the application level & very quick response from the Chat system, thank you Kevin. Audrey

Support was very responsive and patient. They did everything I had requested, down to the smallest detail like changing the text of the discount message alert. When there was a complex issue that needed to be explained to me, Navneet even called me from a different country, to explain everything clearly. Positive experience!

the app was easily integrated into my shopify store along with theme and color preferences I wanted to use

Great app and the customer support is really here when you need them. I really recommend for the price!! Thanks.

Excellent. And their customer service is very responsive & helpful. Happy with them, and highly recommend!

Quick installation and solves the confusion my customers always have about where to enter their coupon codes!

This is a great app itself + the support is amazing. We asked them to customize the widget a bit and everything was done perfectly. I definitely recommend this app among other similar apps for sure. This one is the best!

A really great app and their customer service is above and beyond. They are very helpful and were quick to reply. Thank you! I am really happy with this app.

The app is great, the support answers fast, and is willing to do whatever it takes to go beyond customer expectations. Strongly recommended!

Fast install and excellent customer support. App does what it should and makes the checkout process less confusing for my customers.

Works great! I asked the team to customize the look so it matched the brand and it was done the next day. Excellent product and excellent service!

This app is working great so far! It allows me to offer discounts on the full cart including add on items which is necessary for our store. Thank you!

Super! Finally found the app I was looking for. This app works perfectly to show discount field on the dragger and cart page. App support is very fast, they also have live chat support.
