We're a small business and the price of Klaviyo is excessive. Saw a recommendation for Spoks and have been using it for a couple of months. Much happier with the results - very clean emails/posts, more opening mails and the customer support is faultless.. Thanks Michal for helping today :)

Great App with excellent, fast support. Kemi took less than 5 minutes to have a widget placed exactly where I needed it.

Only at the beginning of using this app but so far have had great support from Henry in getting everything set up correctly. Good support and communication so far which gives me some confidence going forward.

Been Ok for 12 months but they've pushed the price to $99 per month, no options for small businesses. You need to be sending a lot to warrant this price and there are still better options. We now use EAS, way better value for us.

This app has worked well when we've installed new apps into the store that have slowed down the page load. So far it's fixed any lag issues we've had and as it's free, what's not to like.

Good app as you can edit the translations yourself. I found placement of the language flags difficult as the standard placement worked on desktop view but not on mobile view. I'm no coder but Ella at customer support patiently placed the flags exactly where I needed them. Ella was a great help and it gives you confidence in an app when you get good support.
