We had some struggles with initial setup that were not app bugs in any way, just little things we had to tweak and investigate. Support was amazing. They helped us quickly and with detailed information. We're excited to start testing these live. The only real issue is that the PDP does not display a list of all products included unless you sell them all in multipacks. If you sell as multipacks, each one is listed with buttons to pick color/quantity. However, anything you don't offer in a multipack is not displayed. It'd be nice to have the bundle list the products included prominently. The place where it inserts the multipack selectors would be perfect if it could just list any items that are not multipack too so that customers can see everything included. We'll have to offer multipacks for all products to work around this.

Packify is a great choice for selling items as packs. Shop Tinkerers also developed some Packify mods for our particular use cases, which worked great and they were super helpful in developing, deploying and assisting us with launching Packify to meet our requirements. I looked around at different Shopify apps to handle our multi-pack use cases and Packify was the best option, and the team behind the app is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
I am the IT guy. I assisted in installing and configuring for our store. During installation I needed to call support with a how-to question and it was amazing. The phone AND my question was answered immediately. I spoke with support a couple of times since with additional questions and they provided the same great service. Highly recommended.

This incredible app streamlined all of our company's eBay processes - from customizing templates for shipping and inventory, to sorting uploads via rules (e.g. upload all products with X tag). This application is MILES ahead of its competition, particularly ahead of the default ebay integration that shopify offers. The support team is beyond helpful; they actually take the time to help & provide walkthroughs, tutorials, and they do not stop until the problem is resolved. 11/10

The ebay integration app is flexible with all the sellers(either they are new with eBay or already selling). If any seller is unique for the ebay marketplace, then we assign a team with a dedicated account manager who helps to set up the eBay account with eBay marketplace even if requires teamwork on the product listings. For the new sellers, eBay or can say all marketplace required too many settings & business policies so that the buyer & seller both do not face any trouble while buying & selling. If the products are already listed on eBay, then they can be managed easily through the eBay integration app also new products can be uploaded in bulk.
