UPDATE 22nd August 2026 The new team, Siobahan and Anoop have got Addition back on track, with prompt support. Most issues are only very simple things, so by checking your mass's in Shopify and volumes in Addition, you can rule out most issues. Otherwise it's most probably getting the packaging correct for the dimensions of the item's you're sending. My advice is make the mass reasonably large, so it covers the postage for you. Also, add a handeling charge for overseas markets, but they get more difficult each month. After 9 years of great service, just like many others, I'm trying to get in touch with Addition by AMP but it seems nobody is at home. What's happening? Where is Laura and Francis?

This app did EXACTLY what was expected (within reason!) I was able to update a large selection of the 3,000 products on our website. Due to me not being an Excel wiz, and not being able to get one I could afford or trust to do it for me, I did these the previous year MANUALLY, and it took us all year!! Well, I had to get my son to do something for me! This time, using a mixture of manual labour and this app which did the majority, the task was completed in 3 weeks. You're probably wondering why I made it such a faff?!! Well, not all price rises are a blanket percentage rise across the board, and some items have a discount, and some don't. With this app, some of the task was easy, all I had to do was filter by vendor. Somewhat harder, was my major vendor supplies 90% of the items, and this is where this app needs further work. When you have so many items, you need to be able to use at least one more filter, say selling channels. I did need help with this last part, and Haley and the team were very helpful, making sure I'd done what I hoped I'd done, even when the app appeared not to have run in Shopify and I was apprehensive to refresh the page in case I stuffed the whole thing up. Everything went smoothy in the end, and within 24 hours the most difficult part of my price rise was done! This year can be spent adding even more products! This is an app to be trusted! Andy :)
