They were able to answer all my questions and really helped us a lot. I was completely satisfied.Thank you so much !

The app works for small alt text edits and for bulk changes up to about 150 images. Beyond that it becomes unreliable. it takes to loo long more than hours and does not run in the background reliably. Credit renewals are not transparent and no renewal date is shown. Support has been unhelpful and did not follow up on my questions.
