The team is very responsive, friendly and happy to assist in every way. I am thrilled with the support. I was very reluctant to switch review apps because i had acquired several hundred great reviews from my previous app. However, the team was super supportive in calming my anxiety by taking over the switch and helping me to transition to the new app without losing any reviews. I just signed up but am already impressed with the app and especially the customer service! John Hogan was amazing and thorough in walking me through the various segments. He also went above and beyond to help me as I transitioned out of one of my old apps. I can't wait to get creative and see what awesome emails and graphics I can share with my customers. I feel Grid & Pixel will be a great addition to my Shopify store.

This team is amazing! I am very impressed with their prompt responses, their detailed guidance with clear and easy to understand screen shots, and their follow-up. I was able to resolve a bunch of Google Merchant issues thanks to the support team. I really cannot say enough good things about the Symprosys team. I'm very happy with their support!
I wanted to give my customers the option to view their cart contents immediately, and Brian was extremely responsive. He set it up right away just as promised.
