You don’t need a complicated installation or a lot of back and forth - it just works. The system itself is reliable and does exactly what you expect. Support is honestly one of the biggest strengths. The team is quick to respond and actually helpful, not just giving generic answers. You also feel that the founders and leadership are involved, which makes a difference when you need something done. It’s also very flexible and works well across different store setups. For us, operating across Europe, that’s been important and it hasn’t caused any issues. Overall, simple, fast, and reliable - does the job really well.

We were looking for a simple & robust website polling tool and Zigpoll was perfect for that. Functionally it works well - has site/audience targeting & poll design customisation, allows switching between multiple Shopify stores on the interface, language localisation, and poll results exports. The team was very responsive, open to taking in & implementing key feature requests, & pricing is very reasonable too.

reviews.io is by far the best reviews app out there. We really did a lot of research before we decided for reviews.io, but I am so glad and thankful we did. We have more than 10 stores overall and switched all of them from judge.me to reviews.io. The integrations also with other apps such as Klaviyo and many more are super smooth. Most of all we appreciate the support, and the transparency of reviews.io in general. We only found out later that this is not necessarily the case with most platforms on the market. reviews.io became much more than just a reviews platform, just features like video reviews are so powerful, as we can also use user generated content in ads, e.g. and also started using other tools such as fullpicture.io which is also powered by reviews.io

We have a lot of different stores, so it is quite difficult to set up correct hreflang tags. This app helped us a lot to simplify the process of creating, managing, and ensuring correct hreflang tags at all times. The setup is very simple and the support team is great!
