We have been on a lookout for a new app as SendOwl increased our pricing massively. William has been AMAZING! We had nearly 1000 products to move and thousands of orders. I was really worried that something will break and SendOwl was not exporting us the correct data either - which was a pain. William has been so patient with me - helped us with the migration and made it EFFORTLESS. I am not a techy person and yes the backend can seem overwhelming at the start. But slow down, email the team and breathe. This is likely your best choice for downloadable products in Shopify. We have just set our Annual plan with Fileflare and look forward to using it for years to come.
I used to LOVE This app - (installed it back in 2019 as couldn't find any other alternatives). They have just moved my pricing from $36 to $190 and didn't bother telling me. That's not how you treat your customers - whoever made this decision within your business - should be fired. You have likely lost a ton of business. BAD, BAD, BAD!!

Hi, that is not true, and really important readers see this. We sent at least 5 communications about the pricing change (multiple emails and dashboard notifications). And, we gave 30+ days notice. And we are working with merchants who need to migrate. We wish you the best.
Just moved form manky old interface of Affiliatly to Bixgrow. WOW what a difference. Customer support super fast and friendly (we asked for custom domain). Don't think about it twice - it is all 5 stars for a reason!
What a great app and fantastic service! I had a rather complex tagging enquiry. Aamir was not only able to set it up for me, he also wrote new code to accommodate my request too! I am very happy and highly recommend the app. Fantastic support and fraction of the price of the other available apps.
It's free and it does the job. I used a seemingly free app before but then after a while got hit with higher and higher fees. So now I am happy!
Really fab app - easy to set up and works like a dream, pricey and I am working out if the money paid is worth it compared to other apps. I love that it works with multi-currency feature from Shopify (which many others don't offer by default!). Lovely UI for both user and customer. Looks better than other apps we have tried. Upsells are absolutely essential in the store as they really work! Thanks!
Very easy to use app, helpful customer support and good results. It takes minutes to set it up and it's easy to set campaigns. We can see some fab results from them too.
