5 stars — free app, paid-app support. I ran into a cart validation issue from a new feature on my site and needed it sorted fast. Reymar was on it straight away and built a custom rule to solve exactly what I needed. Genuinely impressed that support this good comes with a free app — highly recommend.

App never worked and would not load in admin. reached out to support and submitted their requested info but never heard anything back. My attempts to follow up with support when I heard nothing were met with crickets. Honestly don't bother.
I am completely blown away by this App. Not only is the feature set available. Completely amazing for a free App but the service from the Doran Team, totally amazing. I can’t recommend this enough. I have tried and looked for other similar apps. This is a complete winner for me and my small business.

I am so happy with this app the AI features are amazing. Especially for the price I honestly can't fault it and the support is just amazing. Highly recommended.

Best review app I wouldn't use any other. Support are always quick and very helpful.
I can't recommend this app enough. takes the hassle out adding tracking to paypal. It's such an important process and has so many benefits as a business to have all the required info synced to paypal. Amazing support no matter what the issue it's never a problem. I am only a tiny business and on the free tier but honestly when I start reaching the threshold I will definitely be keeping this app going it is essential.

Too early to tell but the features in the free plan are pretty good. I will update once my rewards program is up and running.

The features in this FREE APP are just amazing. The service from there team is super fast and they resolve a few minor issues I has very quickly. I have tried dozens and none of the others come close. I am only a tiny business and still trying to grow my store. I can't tell you how great it is to be able to have the features available in this app for FREE. I also have great piece of mind knowing when my business is ready I can upgrade tp the paid version and the two apps can integrate data seamlessly. I think these guys were planning to charge for this app which I guess has now been stopped. I am grateful it's still FREE but I probably would have still paid as well. Great work guys thank you very much from a tiny business AAA+++.
This is a great app and it has so much more functionality than others ive found similar. Unfortunately it did not meet my required need. But the support and service from hulk apps is top notch very responsive and go over and above to look after you I cant fault these awesome guys at all. Honestly for the price you can't go wrong.

Amazing app highly recommended. I chose this app because my previous app had reached it limitations. I had a few issues with set up but support team where amazing and very prompt and professional. The team at hulk apps had everything working the way I needed it very quickly.

As a new small business I can't recommend this app enough. It covers everything I need. Calculated shipping, Dimensional weight & csv export into my post business. No need for any other app. Great value for money and the best support I have ever had from any of the apps I've used so far. Keep up the amazing work Zann.
