If you like apps that won't reply to support questions then this is the app for you! Don't waste your money. UPDATE: I originally left this review because I contacted support twice and never received a response in my inbox or spam folder. After posting my review, the company contacted me and provided screenshots showing that they had actually responded to my support requests through their support system. For some reason, those responses were never delivered to me. Based on that information, I was prepared to update my original review because it appeared to be an email delivery issue rather than support simply ignoring my requests. The company then apologized and offered me a full refund for my last month. However, in a subsequent email, I was told that the representative needed to show their manager that my review had either been removed or updated to 5 stars, and that they would ensure my refund was “processed on priority.” I am uncomfortable being asked to remove a review or change it specifically to 5 stars in connection with the processing of a refund. I was willing to revise my review based on the new information they provided, but I believe a customer should be free to leave an honest rating based on their complete experience. I have therefore updated this review to include the full circumstances so that other customers can make their own decision.

We’re genuinely sorry you had this experience. We never wanted you to feel that your support requests were being ignored. For clarity, you first contacted us on August 26, and we replied within 3 hours. You contacted us again on August 27, and we replied within 20 minutes. Both replies were successfully sent, and we shared the delivery records with you. Unfortunately, they didn’t reach your inbox, so we also tried calling, left a voicemail, and contacted another email listed on your website. We’re sorry this communication issue happened. Now regarding the refund, it was never offered in exchange for changing or removing your review. We offered it because we wanted to make things right and asked if there was anything about the app you were unhappy with. At that point, you had automations run that published 63 posts across different social media platforms in around 20 days including maximum usage of AI caption credits, but we hadn’t received any specific concern about the app itself for the refund. The original support issue had been resolved by us providing you proof of email delivery, but the review discussion continued around the refund. The refund was never the condition. We simply wanted to understand your experience and make things right.

Social Scheduler is an excellent Shopify social media automation app. The Shopify integration, product tagging, AI Reels, and multi-account management work perfectly. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer support. The team quickly enabled Japanese AI captions and Japanese AI Reel voiceovers for my account within hours. Thank you, Sophia and the development team. Highly recommended!

This app is an absolute game-changer for any Shopify store owner using content (like blog posts) to drive traffic. Just installed this app and couldn’t be more excited to see how it helps grow my boutique, It’s a Girly Place (itsagirlyplace.com). I upgraded right away to the Pro trial — the interface is clean, easy to navigate, and the ad setup looks fantastic. So far, everything has been smooth and professional. I’ll be updating my review after a few weeks of use to share more insights. I will give this app 5 starts for a good start.

The app is great for stores with huge catalogues like us that need to post regularly on instagram. Support is also great, they are good listeners and tried their best to adapt the app fit some of our needs. Particularly the 10 slide posting which I believe can now be available to all clients. In this feature the app selects 10 products from a collection and post all of them, this has been amazing! We are looking forward to this same feature for instagram Stories which we hope will be avilable soon. The app is also good value for money as most social network planners are more expensive and are not integrated into Shopify to sync your products and post them. It saves us a lot of time!

We decided to leave and try another app, but quickly realised that when something works, there’s no reason to change it. We’ve been using this app for long time now, and it’s become a part of how we run our store’s marketing. It automatically posts our products to Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Recently we’ve been using the AI video feature to generate reels and stories which surprisingly get good reach. What we love most is the simplicity. You set your scheduling rules, connect your social accounts, and forget about it. It quietly does the job in the background while we focus on other things. AI-generated captions and hashtags are a nice bonus too. Saves us a ton of time. Highly recommend if you want consistent, high-quality posts going out without needing to manually handle everything yourself.

I've been looking for some kind of app for awhile to handle my social media. I was super overwhelmed with trying to keep up. I asked AI on Shopify for suggestions and it told me about this app. I downloaded it to both my shopify stores and gained 8 followers on one and 6 on the other for social media. My views on the reels have gone up as well. There was a little hiccup, but the team was able to fix everything with in a few days. Thank you!!

Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.

I found it challenging to use. Even after upgrading, I could not figure out how to create reels. The below print says a 7-day free trial, but the subscription says 3. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Will try something else.

Our app was installed on the store for about 28 minutes and you reached out with a specific question —our team replied within 3 hours with a detailed response. Our team also noticed community awareness work you’re doing and, as a small gesture, offered a paid feature at no cost (before the review). After seeing your review, we sent a helpdesk article to guide you on creating Reel videos—something we weren’t aware was unclear earlier. Regarding the trial, we’ve been offering a 3-day free trial since April 1st. Since you installed the app after that date, your account is on the updated plan and you seeing 3-days free trial. We’ve also shared more details about this in our email. We noticed our emails have been read by your team but haven’t heard back. If you’re still open to it, we’d be happy to assist you further—just reply to our email.

This is a fantastic app - is growing our followers and the support is wonderful! The development team is ambitious, and their customer support has been outstanding. It’s a fantastic way to keep our social media feeds active with products. It features an intuitive, powerful scheduling system, customisable hashtag templates, and written templates that can be mixed and matched – either randomly or with more structured planning, as we do at the gallery. We’ve found multiple ways to use the app effectively on johndyergallery.com - Surfacing older artworks that may remain overlooked – the app intelligently selects products from specific collections. - Promoting our latest collections. - Alerting followers to newly published blogs. - Resurfacing older blog posts that deserve more attention. We’ve set everything up to run twice daily, with custom time slots and written templates that incorporate variables such as {vendor}, {product title}, {price}, etc., making the process incredibly powerful and saving us a significant amount of work. Now, onto the clever AI features.. The AI capabilities within the app are awe-inspiring. The AI Campaigns can automatically generate posts, stories, or reels based on your chosen schedule – or you can let the AI decide for you! The AI beautifully summarises product information, even adding contextually relevant emojis – for example, cat paw prints appeared in a post featuring a painting of a cat, which was wonderfully clever. The overall result is highly effective when combined with hand-written 'Auto Posts' scheduled for the times and days you prefer. I was excited to download this app for both of my stores. Initially, I encountered a conflict due to having multiple social media accounts, which took a little time to resolve. However, I greatly appreciated Sophia and her team's excellent communication and transparency. They even took the time to help troubleshoot on a weekend, which was much appreciated. I'm happy to say everything is working perfectly, and I'm impressed with the app and its outstanding customer service!

Seems awesome so far, using on 2 stores Edit: They quickly made a decent update to their app which made me stay with them. Future updates will make this the best Social posting app.

Great Automation Tool for Social Media! I've been using SS - Social Media AI Auto Post for a while now, and it has been a game changer for my Shopify store. Managing social media posts used to take up a lot of my time, but this app has made the process so much easier. The AI-powered automation is impressive. It creates engaging posts that feel personalized and relevant to my products, which saves me hours of content creation every week. I especially appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts in advance and tailor them to specific platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. The integration with Shopify is seamless. We can help you with this. Please understand that Shopify manages the billing process for our apps. We noticed that you subscribed on July 25th and uninstalled on August 16th, which totals 23 days of app usage. This is why Shopify billed you for one month and It won't charge you again since you uninstalled the app before next billing starts. We’ve sent you an email with more details. Please reply to our email so we can work together to sort this out for you. Thank you for understanding.
The entire team, especially Abhinav, was very helpful in resolving issues! The AI posts are extremely useful! I also appreciate that Instagram photos are cropped to look beautiful. I am very satisfied with the app and the support.

Posting to social media daily is challenging, well, it was. Social Schedular makes it very easy to post to multiple platforms multiple times daily. I love how easy it makes promoting products and the flows are great for sharing blogs. I had a slight issue making my first AI campaign but Sophia at customer service was beyond polite and helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

Excellent app for Social Media Marketing. This app basically saves complete need for Social Media team. Easy and with loaded features it works seamlessly. The new updated version was launched within a week of my suggestions and with the features I'd requested.

This app was a game-changer for me. I am literally in the starting point of my store and I was spending maybe 10+ hours a week a on social media just creating basic posts for my products. When your 1 person doing everything this is a lot of your time. This app changed it all. I love how the flows can easily be set up. You can set multiple templates up in the background to give your content that fresh look and the only real maintenance is updating the templates once a month now to keep the content looking fresh for my customers! The support team were fantastic, I had a small teething issue during my trial period and within 24 hours it was resolved. During my dealings with the support team they listened to my issue, understood the issue and resolved it seamlessly. Even though at this point I was inside the free trial period I was made to feel like a valued customer by them. This is the reason I decided to buy into their paid program as I know any issues in the future they will assist me with quickly and effortlessly on my part. Oh I forgot to say I love that I can post across 5 different platforms with ease. Add my own social media posts for timed events like mothers day, fathers day, etc... and there is even an AI generator that posts daily deals to my social media channels! You will not find a better app for the price they are charging, trust me I hunted high and low for the solution they offer at the very low price point and the time I free up from making my social media posts every day I am able to use else where in the business making this app worth every penny! As mentioned you get a free trial so give it a go today try it out like I did and hopefully you will fall in love with it like I have!

I really like this app. I tried a few others before but what sets this one apart is that it also post your blogs, yay! It creates auto reels and stories too. It would be great if it could also post the reels from the products page.

Sophia, a very nice support, always there for help. Not only that, she does listen to what are the features the store owner wants which some of the support from the other app doesn't. Social Schedular is now the top app in the line if you wanna do autopost. By the way, can we have only one photo on each autopost instead of having the whole set of product photos posted, that would be ideal!
