The onboarding was awesome, Xavier assist me via Google Meet to do it in a few minutes, even though it is a very easy process. They use Shopify API so a big plus for them. I will get back to update the review after I see some results.

Michael, one of the co-owners of Blend is very professional, with good knowledge regarding Google and Facebook platforms. We didn't had a good exit with Blend mostly because of the geographic limitation of our business. I recommend testing and using the platform, the cost is very low compared with other alternatives in Shopify, and also, the capabilities of the APP are very high! My rate of 4 out of 5 is just my overall experience.

Amazing APP with a very professional team who's doing their best to help you with any request you have. The integration is easy and when you are stuck you always can contact them to help you. Be aware: If you aren't willing to go for a paid plan and you have customers who already did purchase, is not a good choise! The list of the clients is populating in days AND you cannot add manually point to the existing customers and you will receive daily replies from the support team like "I have been told tomorrow should work". Also, if you use a different language than EN you will have like 1 full day to work, and everything is very confusing...nothing to do with 2020. Even though I don't go for lower stars because the APP is still providing a lot of features and is a lot customizable but sometimes 1st you need to think about the customers who already invested trust in your store!!! Those have been said, If you are going for a paid plan is a very good APP, if not I truly recommend you to look around!

A lot of features available, lots of possibilities to Upsell direct into the Cart, very friendly to use, Intuitive and customizable. The team is very responsible, patience and available to complete all the requests. Saludos!

If you are looking for an app to offer customizable gifts this is THE ONLY one that matters! It is very customizable, it offers you a lot of possibilities ... it is simply incredible what marketing possibilities you have with its help! Andrew is one of the most dedicated people I've met since I've been working with the Shopify platform, he answers questions very quickly and has no problem explaining how many times it takes to understand ...
