Simple setup and clean format. I can choose various font. It also provides three manual options: Print, Download (pdf) and Send email - in each order page. Also simply put a link to 'download the invoice' to the 'shipping confirmation' email and SMS format and people who need the invoice can receive the invoice themselves. Besides, it's free! Great app with amazing support! It has all the functions I want. Requirement for my shop's wholesale system is difficult to set the price because of various price ranges and different discount rates for each product. However, this app allows me to set a separate price for each customer tier and allow one customer to have multiple tiers, so my customer can get the right discount for their purchase without contacting our CS team. I didn't know much about shopify and programing things, so I had to get help from the basics. The support & tech team helped me quickly and give me easy explanation. Also, I inquired to use it with other apps they provided, and I was able to design the app exactly as I wanted with their help. I've tried many FAQ apps, but I think this app is the simplest and provides all the necessary features conveniently. I could set up all the functions very easily by myself, and once I set it up, I never had to touch it anymore since it was perfectly set up! As my website was reorganized recently, I got help with the search bar color. I contacted the developer, and he fixed all the issues super quickly! This app is really amazing and I am very grateful for the enthusiasm and service of the developers. Highly recommended!

I share wholesale sales on the retail page. And this app is the best app on my site! Most other wholesale apps offer discounts only for certain percentage. But I wanted to apply a different discount rate to each product. The "Customs price" feature has solved this problem perfectly! CSV files can be put in bulk at any price for each product and are really fast. I've also installed "Net Terms" and "Quick Order Form," both of which are perfect for wholesale customers! The add-on will cost you extra on the first installation, but since you only have to pay this amount for the first time, if you plan to use the app, it is recommended that you use all the necessary features for the first installation. Even if you pay extra fees for additional functions, it's a very efficient app and it's worth it. I have no knowledge of programming, computer coding, etc. So I tend to avoid apps that need to be installed separately or the codes need to be modified. But I didn't have to worry about that at all. I e-mailed them what I wanted, and they perfectly complied with my request. I really appreciate to Rob, Declan and Shanon (and their team) for helping me. Five stars are not enough!

This app is wonderful. It's simple to use and everything works very smoothly. Most importantly, the support is amazing. The responses to questions are very detailed , the developers take input and suggestions seriously. I really can't describe how satisfied I am with something that may seem like a small feature, but is actually crucial for my business. And it is harder than one would think to spend time looking for an app that actually does what it says and is right for one's business. And the person responding to your queries 'actually' knows a great deal about what he/she is talking about, which is not very common. A+ app.
