Been using Xporter now for a couple years and it not only performs well and does exactly what we need it to, we've also reached out to customer support and can confirm that support also is phenomenal! This app is well worth the money if you need something to generate any kind of report automatically for whatever purpose you may need. Highly recommended, and Jason from customer support is great!!!

Our organization was looking to get up to the hour reports on our sales. With Report Pundit we were able to get the information that we were looking for. When one of the reports was not quite what we were looking for they Were right there to help us create a custom report. They patiently worked with us and gave us all the help we needed. I just started using this app and although a bit confusing at first, it is very easy to use and get set up once you dig in a bit! I've also never had any personal problems with Bold's customer service if you get ahold of them during their actual hours. I think that they might be working remotely, due to COVID, so there is that. I've just recently had Rony help me out and he was about as helpful as one can be!!
