Xporter Data Export & Reports

We switched to Xporter Data Export & Reports after experiencing ongoing issues and poor support with a competitor's app. Since making the change, those challenges have disappeared. The app is reliable, stable, and performs exactly as expected, which is critical when your data needs to sync seamlessly with other systems. On top of that, the support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to help when needed. We’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend it.

A really useful app for getting the best out of your data, on the odd occasions you cannot work it out yourself the support is always extremely quick and helpful. Is vital in transferring shop sales to back end processing system. Again very helpful with getting metafields extracted.

Jason from the Xporter Team was a huge help in setting up the order files exactly how we need them. We have added specific filters to the exports so they export how we need them. We've used Xporter many times and will continue to go to the Eshop team when we need custom order files built.

Really powerful report generation tool. We run a whole series of dashboards based on these reports. The best part? The support staff - worked with several team members, most recently - as in 30 seconds ago - with Max. FIVE STARS again, and every time!

I have found this app really usually and a key part of my daily data management. I have recently had the experience of using their support department who where brilliant to deal with and were able to answer my query in a short period of time.

This was our first time working with Xporter. Considering our ERP is rather antiquated, we were up and running within a couple of days. I can't praise them enough for their quick replies, expert knowledge, and their ability to onboard painlessly. Our team loved Xporter's dashboard. I heavily rely on Xporter to provide me with our sales and returns data in order for me to post & reconcile in our accounting system. I have these reports set to automatically generate and email to me every day, and when I noticed I didn't receive the sales order email I reached out to support via chat where they acted immediately and were able to fix the issue! Amazing customer support!!!

Great tool for pulling data from Shopify. If you've ever felt limited by the exports that Shopify gives you by default this is the app for you. We use a lot of Metafields across products, customers and orders. This tool enables us to export that information in a way that Shopify's own reporting doesn't. More than that, we are able to set up send schedules to automatically generate files to take some of the manual legwork out of it. The best thing about this app though is the customer service. Every time I've messed something up or had an issue that I can't fix myself I've been able to contact the developers and they always help, quickly and efficiently. really top tier support for merchants. Can't speak highly of them enough.

This application has been integral in our businesses and the support Xporter provides has always been very good. They are usually very responsive and always helpful. UPDATE: 3 years later and we're still a daily user of this app. The latest app updates are very helpful and the support is always on point. Very pleased.

We have two Shopify stores and use this app daily from both to export our orders in the exact format required for upload by our 3PL warehouse. Jason has been incredibly helpful, helping us use metafields which pull into the export file so it doesn't require any editing before we send it to the warehouse. This app saves us SO MANY man hours. Xporter app is the best application to create custom export reports for all Shopify related data. The support team is amazing! Always responsive, very knowledgeable, and resourceful. We reached out to Xporter team many-many times with requests to make various changes, improvements, add clauses and conditions to reports, and never had any issues getting what we need because of the application functionality and extensive support from the application team. I recommend this application because of everything it offers - system wise and support wise as well. If you have complex export jobs that have to be automated, Xporter is the solution to go!

We've used this app for years, and their support is so helpful! The templates offer a good variety of options for customized reports, and if you have any questions or issues, their support team will be on it in minutes! In the age of huge software companies responding to cases months later, or ignoring them completely, customer service like this is a breath of fresh air. A very powerful way to get data out of Shopify in the format you need. Very flexible in terms of filters & liquid scripts to create the exact format you need. So its quite a big learning curve but the support chat is very helpful to guide you.

Der Kundenservice war für ein Onboarding leicht zu erreichen. Es wurde alles erklärt und sogar von deren seite aus hergestellt. Falls ich eine Frage hatte wurde innerhalb 5 minuten ein Live Meeting vereinbart wo man es dann Live mit dem Experten besprechen konnte

Wonderful! Don't ask any questions — just get it! Our Shopify store deals with a lot of inventory and we need to sort by date. This app allows you to sort products by date and their customer service is very responsive and fast. 1000/10 would recommend! It might be a little unintuitive at first, but the support is very helpful.
