Great app, great customer service, will highly recommend!
Have been using this app for the past 5-6 years since we launched the website and it's just perfect. Needed some help and Oscar patiently did all he can and managed to sort out the issue. Highly recommend it!

We love this app! Easy to configure and assign the relevant products. The support team is amazing, whenever we change or update a theme and something's not quiet right, they jump in and sort it out right away. Highly recommend it
Great support and extremely patient with our requests. Initially we were reluctant about upgrading the subscription for the extra features but with the support and functionality of the app, we're going to be upgrading for sure. Highly recommend it

We've been looking for a good bundles app which can allow us to manage our stock easier, I couldn't find a decent affordable one but was really happy to see this app from Shopify. However, the downside is that the bundles are only available to display on the Online store channel and not on any other channels such as Google or Facebook and Instagram, which means we can't push them onto our Google merchant centre for google ads nor facebook or instagram. If these channels are available too then this app in my opinion deserves the 5 stars but right now, that's a big red flag in my opinion.
As far as customer service goes, UPS has shown great effort in responding on time and dealing with the issue, along with following up to help & guide.
Really good, better than Freshchat which we now cancelled. A couple of features that would give this a good 5 stars is emoji's, more instant replies (FAQ) and file uploads (for example PDF). Other than that, we're loving it.
