Their Shopify app provides a robust level of detail and is easy-to-use, plus their product suite includes many industry-leading tools that can be used to scale the retention side of a business. Okendo mainly assists us in increasing our review rates and utilizing the insights from those reviews in our direct-to-consumer communications, which in turn supports the growth of our customer lifetime value.
