We deployed this app and found it mainly plug-and-play. We've had it running for several months and have been pleased with the simple functionality. As a company, we have decided to eliminate any SMS messaging, and their support was quick to disable the SMS option so customers would only receive stock updates via email. Great support as the change was completed within minutes.

We moved to Shopify a year ago and tried another search app first but found the way collections were displayed undesirable. We tried Product Filter & Search and found it met our needs and more. Almost every request we had was already accounted for in the app, which is highly unusual. They support sorting by tag and collection/search result filters by tag. Items can be excluded from the search by tag and the quick search menu customized. We had a few issues with the quick search results, which they quickly resolved, and a data issue where a shared tag was searched, giving false-positive results. They were able to exclude the tag and our search results were accurate again. This is an excellent app, and their customer service is very attentive.

When we moved to Shopify we wanted to restore the customer account pages to match closely to what we offered on our previous platform. The main things we desired were a re-order function and being able to track the shipments. Flits worked closely with us to tailor their app to our needs while minimizing the overall footprint of the app on our site. While out of the box we needed to make some changes, they were fantastic in their willingness to help us get to where we needed to be.
We have been using collection sort for 9+ months, and it has solved our problem where we wanted to customize the sort order of our collections based on tags. We use another system to manage our products, and the product sync to Shopify with tags allows us to create and manage our collections dynamically. We struggled to sort our collections based on our custom criteria until we found the Collection Sort app. With Collection Sort, collections can be sorted A-Z or Z-A by tag, which solved all of our problems. We had one technical issue, and they were swift to address the issue. We give them 5 stars on the product meeting our needs and 5 stars for their customer service. Thank you so much for your review.
