UPDATE 2026: they give refunds... very good. But they cannot run this app properly. Extremely disruptive. People should test it daily since the devs don't do it! One time out of 2 I open the app, I discover some issues. This is a joke! Potentially is a good app but they add useless functions, and they don't take care of the main one: COLLECTION ORDER. Such a pitty! I have to look for a new app and waste tons of time since the setup was extremely time-consuming. Guys, if you cannot do it properly, just leave it!! UPDATE: I am on the most expensive plan and I am using this app for years. THe potential is great but they don't take enough care of it. Sometime you'll just discover that all the hours invested into creating nice settings are wasted since they change something or update the app. Nobody inform you so you'll just have a wrong product order. Such a pity... The app is improving every day. Also, there were many issues at the beginning and the devs gave me a long free trial period to excuse the issues and repay my wasted time. Now the app is defenetly better and such a great idea to achive the purpose of a algo ordered collection without make collection pages heavier and slower like any other apps do. Thank you! I wish I could have given it zero. The app algorithm always changes. One day suddenly it messed up all the sorting. I don't recommend AT ALL!
We weren't happy with the standard Shopify sorting rules and wanted an app that provides an optimised experience but also allows for us to put our own customer and product data into the sorting logic. You cant Sort by Total Checkouts i upgrade to Platinum and still cant do anything for 60$ monthly there is also no Live Chat support. Its not worth it. Not working well, there was too much bugs. Ps. I used this app for my two brands nowshopfun and lokkals. What is invalid? I have made payments to one of them for years and it has been very problematic for the last year. I wrote to you every time. The sorting are not done properly because there are too many mistakes. I suggest you accept the failure and solve the problems instead of writing answers here. Yes, there was no problem at first, but after that it was not sorting. Or it was doing it wrong and wrong. Waste of time and money. I discovered much better ones.
Waste of time and money. An application full of bugs. It doesn't sort hourly, even though it's included in my package. It is constantly full of errors. Sometimes the ranking list does not work. None of your settings work. You can't even make settings in bulk editing. Despite everything, it is an application that does not work properly and is unreliable. I definitely do not recommend it. We regret that we were unable to fulfill your specific requests. Unfortunately, we cannot condone any inappropriate behavior, including threats. The app is okay and gets the job done. I knocked down two stars because upgrading to GOLD to have the advanced sorting filters is a bit of a ripoff. This should be a basic to medium feature in any collection sorting app. You are paying $ 35/mo for that, as anything else most likely a lower plan can do. I have been using this app for years on titanium plan. I have always been having issues with restocked products not being pushed up. I have reached out to support, first they blamed other app that i was using and after +10 emails back and forth finally they admitted their error and promised me to fix it. However it still has not been fixed yet, their solution they have provided does not work. The developers modified the app to show sales for collections at an order level compared to product level. This has been a key business changer for me as I can see which collections are doing well. This app does a great job automatically pushing out of stock items to the bottom of a collection, and in-stock items to the top of it. The app also allows you to sort and organize the items in a collection by several other useful criteria. Customer service is very helpful and fast. Thank you so much for your review! We have been using collection sort for 9+ months, and it has solved our problem where we wanted to customize the sort order of our collections based on tags. We use another system to manage our products, and the product sync to Shopify with tags allows us to create and manage our collections dynamically. We struggled to sort our collections based on our custom criteria until we found the Collection Sort app. With Collection Sort, collections can be sorted A-Z or Z-A by tag, which solved all of our problems. We had one technical issue, and they were swift to address the issue. We give them 5 stars on the product meeting our needs and 5 stars for their customer service. Thank you so much for your review. This app is pure treasure! Totally essential for anyone who elevates the business into certain level and is working on CRO / utilization of collections. The app allows to sort collections based on a lot of criteria really easily which can be combined with manual lock of selected products (e.g. the first 4 products in the category). We had been using the "Collection Manager" app. But that app is kind of limiting. Went on the hunt for something better. I'm happy to say "Collection Sort" is the alternative. It's the best collection organizer in the app store as far as I can tell. It is easy to work with and very powerful. An excellent tool for Shopify stores that have lots of products! Took me awhile to get a hang of it, but now that it is already all ready - I love it! It helps manage the products in our store and give old products or slow-movers an opportunity to sell as well.
