A website guru, I am NOT! I had no choice but to switch email platforms, and I dreaded the mere idea of doing that! But it is such a comfort to know that I can receive prompt and valuable customer support from Omnisend! I haven't felt totally lost because Karine has been so supportive! I'm in the process of switching to Privy from another email server....so far so good! I have used their Welcome Pop Up for quite some time and find that helpful, along with the email I receive notifying me that someone has signed up for my emails.

I use this app for my abandoned cart and product review emails, which were very easy to configure! Technical support is very helpful when needed!

This app allowed me to provide my customers with a drop down menu as they reviewed my product selections. The variants I had set up through Shopify didn't allow for this enhancement, but Infinite Options by ShopPad was able to provide me with the appropriate support and direction to make this happen! Not being tech savvy at all, Logan, the tech support guru, helped me immensely, and I couldn't have completed this task without him! Thanks ShopPad and Logan!!!!
