Its an OK app. It's pretty confusing, you'll run up your tag budget because of tag loops. You don't realize your task keeps running infinite times. Support is there, just always by email and never during US hours. So don't expect to get solutions right away. Tagging logic makes sense when you create it, but the way the app goes about it is confusing because it doesn't work as expected.
I thought this was the gold standard for backups, and Ive always downloaded it for the 'just incase' situations. Oddly, we had to use it to just restore prices from the day before and come to find out: 1) It's really tedious just to see previous vs current changes - it's one page at a time, and it doesn't say what's been changed exactly, itll show you ALL data side by side. 2) you cannot EXPORT csv/excel at historical times, but if you want to have the ability to do that with JSON it's $100 extra 3) We just needed to update pricing from the previous day, it doesnt give us that option, instead it restores the whole product listing but we've updated copy and images, we don't want to do that 4) I've selected to restore product info, and their pop up keeps showing a 'loading' icon

Hi there! Kaleigh here with Rewind Support. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t match your expectations. We back up your data as individual files that you can see in the ‘Vault’ along with all of their previous versions. One you click on a version, you’ll see the current version of the item on the left side and the selected version on the right. While finding a product can be done through the filters - we do appreciate the feedback on pagination. We're also interested in your use case of wanting to restore specific elements of the product. While this isn't doable at the moment, we are aware of a workaround with the Bulk Editor function of Shopify which should enable to you to make those specific changes on a larger scale. Since we backup the history of your prices in the Source code view you could use this data to bulk edit the products and only affect that element. Lastly, your backups are stored in the ‘cloud’ which ensures that there’s less clutter on your personal hard drive. Exports are not currently a part of our service, but it is something we can do upon request which we're happy to do for you if you'd like to get in touch with Elizabeth who's been helping you :) We know that losing data isn’t fun but we’re here to work with you and make sure that you get it back! Again, thanks for your feedback. We’ve reached out to you via e-mail and hope to hear from you soon.
Looks like an awesome app... clean. BUT.... You have to manually select products to add them into 'product groups'. This isn't ideal when you have a lot of products. You can't automate this process by choosing type, collections, or tags. That's unfortunate. For stores with a few products, this may be ideal.
Decent app, but one HUGE flaw. Aside from not being able to control the UX/UI that the customer experiences while going through the steps of processing their return (it's not the best UI either, it's a bit confusing), There is one issue that automatically ALONE warrants a 1 star review. The issue is that a customer can request a return/refund on the same product OVER and OVER again. This means that if they request to return a pair of sunglasses and YOU process give them a refund, they can go in and select the same pair of sunglasses to return afterwards. If you're pushing any type of decent volume, it'll be difficult to know right away if you've already processed this - and there is a chance you will process the refund again. The solution is the app developers have to mark the item as 'returned' or 'refunded' and make it so that the customer CANNOT re-select the same product after it's been processed. They are looking into it now so we may change our review, but in the meantime it's a crucial flaw that needs to be fixed immediately. I cannot recommend this to ANYONE without that issue being fixed.

Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users. We work really hard to make our app user friendly and provide a great support experience. Team is working on this issue to fix it as soon as possible to make your experience better. Regards, Returns Center Team.
East to set up. We had our dev add product attributes through metafields and create the product specification charts on our product pages. Up within 5 mins. Was exactly what we needed.

Love it! We've actually added some new features to make the installing process easier :)
