PostPilot has been an outstanding partner. Their platform is easy to use, and our account manager Isaac made launching direct mail completely seamless. He’s been incredibly helpful every step of the way- quick to respond, giving new ideas, and always on top of it. We’d highly recommend PostPilot to any brand looking for a smooth, effective direct mail solution.

We’ve been using Toki for our loyalty program for about a year, and it’s been nothing but solid. Setup was smooth, the platform runs clean, and it does exactly what we need it to. More importantly, their customer service has been top-notch- quick replies, clear answers, and a real understanding of our goals.

Suki and Reza were both a great help in getting our new Smart Cart live and addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. Very easy to work with and great communication. UPDATE: While updating our theme, we were having some issues with our native cart and the Rebuy cart colliding with each other, but Nam & Jessica from Support were extremely helpful in getting this resolved. Thanks again guys!

Great app and support. Had a small issue with the app working on a new theme of ours and they got the issue fixed within 24 hours.

This app is a MUST with any and all ecommerce websites. It's extremely easy to integrate into your website, the customer service is as good as it gets, and it's a seamless way of offering discounts to military personnel as well as other service men and women. Do yourself a favor and get GovX Military Discount downloaded onto your website.
