Customer service so far has been A+++++, I needed a question answered and it is Sunday at 4:03 p.m. and my question was answered in less than 40 seconds! Unheard of but this company is rocking it on the customer service side!!!
Wow, what can I say except AWESOME!!! We do lots of personalization on slate, tile, hard boards and so much more, Altaf took this program and customized it to our needs, at an exceptional price. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend this app and the developers, if you are looking for an app to work with your site to give your customers the freedom to personalize their products, you just found it!
Wow!! What can I say, this is a fantastic app, user friendly and does everything they promised. What amazes me the most is the customer service and support, Bold gets A+++++++ in this area, they have raised the bar.
