I've been using the MIDA Fraud & IP Blocker app for my store and it has been an excellent experience. The setup process was straightforward, and the app effectively blocks the unwanted traffic and suspicious IP addresses as intended. A standout feature for me is the ability to view individual customer IP addresses and manually set custom blocking rules, which provides great control. Furthermore, the customer support is outstanding. The team is highly responsive and almost always available. When I needed assistance, they promptly investigated the issue and provided effective solutions. Their support truly adds significant value to the app. I highly recommend MIDA to other Shopify merchants looking for a reliable solution to manage fraud and block malicious traffic.
