Great app, and the support team is so helpful
The app interface looks nice and is easy to use, however the promise of shopify to ebay sync is a nightmare, i was advised it was a simple process (coming form the shopify ebay app) i have spend 3 days fixing unlinked, unsynced items, constantly need to double check ebay orders V shopify orders, tracking information does not flow from Shopify to ebay.... Support what can i say... their solution is to hold a moment (over chat) and they come back to your 15mins later with some excuse..... i am very dissapointed in this app and the functions need to be double checked all the time... Error messages are not clear..
good support with ced commerce happy to proceed with use assistant was helpfull and was on time with booking schedule
