The App has honestly made my shipping days so much smoother. It’s quick, reliable, and takes a lot of the hassle out of printing labels, especially when you’re dealing with a bunch of orders at once. The packaging presets are super handy, and the support team is great. They reply fast and actually fix things instead of giving you generic answers.
App has worked as it described and the customer service has been instant which is very helpful.
Great App that integrates with Aus Post! So easy to fulfil orders, pay for postage, print labels via desktop and mobile. The Support Chat is very responsive when you need any help. If you're not very tech savvy this is super easy to use too. Highly Recommend. Thanks team!

I’ve been using this app for three months and I love it! It always works and requires no effort at all.
I've been using the Australia Post Ship app for a couple of weeks now. Super easy to set up and use. I like that you can save commonly used packaging. My default is set to small flat-rate satchels, but it is easy to change when I need to. And on the one occasion where I had to use custom packaging it was simple to enter. Thumbs up from me
Super simple setup, always reliable - just works. EDIT: Worked so well we actually had to stop using it once it helped us grow past what we could do ourselves. We needed a dedicated fulfilment service, bitter sweet to be cancelling but such a great and easy app to use to help get setup and growing! Will always use when setting up stores in the future :)

Excellent Australia Post shipping app for Shopify. Setup was straightforward and it integrates cleanly with the Shopify admin, making it easy to generate labels and manage orders without leaving the dashboard. What really stood out was the support. Subham jumped straight onto a video call with us when we ran into an issue and had everything diagnosed and fixed within minutes. Fast, knowledgeable support like that makes a huge difference when you're running a busy store and need labels working immediately. Great App overall, I just hate how it now takes you to another screen before you can print labels and how when you select your custom packaging it doesn't just stay on that custom packaging drop down tab and reverts back to Aus post packaging. little things that just add time that weren't there before the update.
App is great as it allows you to use the flat rate postage satchels, where as the standard integration does not. So fae very happy.

Love this app, it's cheaper than the other Auspost app on Shopify! AND has a free version if you don't need that many labels. Customer service via chat whenever I've had issues has also been great. Would recommend if you're in Australia and need an Auspost integration.

We have been using this app for our AusPost shipping for over 6 months, excellent app that saves us so much time. Can't really fault it to be honest, it just works, we can combine orders and fulfil orders over multiple boxes. Great value for money app, thank you team and keep up the great work.

Honestly this app has been sooo helpful at speeding up my processes and I'm so grateful to the creators!! I would so love to see a feature where we can edit the posting references on orders in the backend to not have to manually edit per order and a list of photos of the products ordered to even more quickly whip together each order that comes through - other than that, it's saved me so much time and as someone who is starting out online I so appreciate the support of the free plan until I reach over 100 orders a month. So generous and feel really nurtured! Thank you!!

I moved over to this app after experiencing unresolved issues with another app. This app is so cheap and supports small businesses with a free tier, which is so generous! I highly recommend this app. What amazes me is that this app is faster (with processing labels) than a more expensive app I moved from. I think the loading time for processing each label on here is 10 seconds quicker or something!! I don't know what time zone support is in, but they responded to my message immediately at 2:30pm AEST when I had a support question. The bot automatically replied with the correct info, and support still replied immediately to give me a manually typed explanation anyway! I think you guys are undercharging! I'm sure many others, and myself, would stay if you even bumped it up by a couple dollars per month. Keep up the great work!
Simply Awesome! This app is so simple to use - it just works. We incorporated it into our workflow with ease, and it has saved us a bunch of headaches we were experiencing with other apps that we were using to do the same thing. We understand this app is new to the marketplace and we have reached out requesting some features - they have let us know that these are already being worked on.
