I am absolutely thrilled with the Rapid Reviews app! It not only matches the functionality of my previous app (stamped) but also costs a fraction of the price. Moreover, it's faster and comes with integrated AI to assist customers in writing reviews. The support I've received has been exceptional. These guys are great! I did not know how to set up the report. I contacted them. Within 5 minutes customer service live had it covered. AWESOME.
The app does what it should, no open questions :) We installed it to inform clients over the external login they will receive after purchase. Maybe "custom" button titles could be an improvement.
This app is great. It does exactly what I need, which is to help me win the confidence of my clients. I have seen my conversion increase for sure, and the support is awesome.

I am very happy with this app as it was super east to install and I think it has helped my conversions. I would recommend it for sure
