worst customer support ever, tried connecting with them but they've created a smart bot on Interakt dashboard to fool us, they always just say we'll call back, agent will contact you, but no, I haven't received any calls or email in the last 15 days. I tried to reach them, but had no luck. Hope you guys will be aware before installing this app.

Its for the second/third time i am facing such isue where i got charged for the plan i havent even used bitspeed social login in any way not even a single customer sign in is done coz they don't even support customer account 2.0 but they added one month charge on my bill this frustrating and unprofessional at the same time. please be aware while installing the app. Thank you for sharing your feedback, Zevar. I installed Kwik COD & Checkout app but never received a single order through it. I even uninstalled it, yet I was still charged ₹859.48 on 8 May 2025. I also sent them an email, but received no reply from their team. This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Be cautious before installing this app.

Really Very Useful app. Very good and helpful support team. Very easy configuration and connection with Google Merchant Centre. Now All Of My Products are Posted on google specially thanks to support team.
