Currently we are availing the cod hide & cod verification feature of this app and is amazing in terms of cod verification and our fake orders reduced. Though the overall orders have reduced but whatever order we receive in our Shopify panel they at to the extent genuine. It's an awesome app when it come to smooth return/exchange customer experience, that too with your own branded return page. In the earlier app we there were not much options to return and re-ship the return items to the customer, but with this app we can do all that with much ease. The team is also very supportive particularly Shubham who helped us very much during onboarding process and was very proactive & patient towards resolving our queries even after onboarding. Just one thing if you guys can introduce the bulk refund in a single order, means if there are multiple products to be refunded in a single return request then we have to issue the total refund by mapping one product only instead of all the product.
