There are many social login apps, but I recommend this one! The reason is that their post-support is excellent. I had an issue with logging in, and since it only occurred on a specific Chrome account, it was very difficult to explain. However, Richard guided me step by step, identified the exact cause, and resolved it perfectly. We run our business using many apps, but I believe this kind of post-support is more important than any other benefit, which is why I recommend this app.
We’ve been using OXI Social Login on our Shopify store since we started 2019, and it’s been an excellent experience from day one. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use, and it integrates perfectly with our store. Many of our customers now register using Google or Facebook, which has noticeably increased account sign-ups and helped drive more traffic to our website. We also wanted to thank Richard for his amazingly fast support. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Oxi Social Logins since 2017 and it’s been a fantastic addition to our store. It makes the login process so much faster and easier for our customers by letting them sign in with their social accounts instead of creating new passwords. Setup was quick and seamless, and everything works smoothly without any issues. Highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to improve their customer experience and reduce friction at checkout!
This is the 2nd app I have tried with new Savor Theme. Successfully installed app following the instructions provided by the developer. Pretty easy there. The issue with these Social Login apps is they require you to switch to Legacy Customer Accounts setting, and when you go to the Shopify Editor and try to edit the Legacy Account page it says No Templates Found. Which I guess would be aliright if after the installation the added social log in options would appear in the Account Sign up and Log in window, which they do not yet. I have reached out to developer via messaging. I will report back once they respond to try to resolve this issue. *** UPDATE - Richard from support was quick and informative to help me figure this out. Unfortunately this is not an app issue, but a Savor Shopify theme issue - Not allowing Legacy Account feature for this theme "This theme doesn't support legacy customer accounts. The app from what I have previewed is really awesome, so no fault from the developers of the apps side. This is a Shopify issue. I will reach out to Shopify support now.

I used the paid subscription and had a very bad experience. The user could not log in at all, and a redirect error was displayed. I could not find anyone in the after-sales department, and they did not reply to my emails for more than a week.

We received total 4 communications from your side. 2 on Nov and 2 on Nov and we responded every communication of yours within 4 hours of receiving but never received any response back. I would urge you to check, if your registered email is correct one, or if mails are reaching in your spam. Saying that, customer service is our top priority and if you see all other reviews, its customer service which makes us exceptional. I hope, you read this reply and respond us back. As you mentioned in your email, that social login doesn't work on your store. In our testing on your store it was working fine, so if you could share us some further details we would surely look into it. I assure you we would make it right whatsoever it takes.
This app helps the customers login super faster, easier. Also, when I have some issues in our webpage, the customer service quickly responded and fixed it even it was not caused by their apps. I will have used this apps forever. Super helpful apps and service. Thank you Richard!

not really sure how to end my subscription. so confused because there is 0 support whatsoever. simply uninstalling the app doesnt work.

Hi, Thank you for review. However, I believe there's some understanding gap. As I checked you've already uninstalled the app on Jul 9, 2024 with which the subscription is also cancelled. Regarding the support, we received your email for the subscription cancellation on Jul 9, 2024 and the email was responded in 28 minutes to be very precise. Roughly at the same time app was uninstalled and review was given. Although we didn't receive any response back. Before this email, we received the last support request in 2022 which was promptly attended, but again we didn't receive any reply from your side. I would also urge you to please check if your right email id registered with Shopify in case you're missing any communications.
Easy to install, works fast and how it should, support was fast helping me with the design :)

As software, Its great and have mainly most important social media login. but this is not the story here, the story is the customer service itself. Its exceptional services, Richard Serve me to fix something in my website not related to his job at all. and he spend over an hour trying to solve the issue untill he solve it. Easy way to add Social Login to your site. I had a minor issue, but support from Richard solved it quickly. It's easy to activate or deactivate which logins you want to utilize, customize the buttons, and view who signed on.

Really good social logging for shopify store . please took more feature and build that . and make costing low
Very reliable and the support staff was very helpful and was able to resolve my technical issues with Facebook within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this app
Facebook log in works.. but others doesn't... Redirection Error when logging in.. using gmail, amazon , etc...

We had used another social login application which Shopify removed and we needed to find an alternative - while the previous solution worked, the Oxi App's social login solution is so much better and very glad we chose it. Not only is it one of the easiest to integrate into any theme, it also seamlessly joins existing accounts created directly in Shopify with the social login account making for a great customer experience.
We just installed this app, it looks good to us in terms of functionality, hoping to help us and achieve our objective. Easy to install and set up. All the best team Oxi.

Thank you for using the Social Login on your store. Please see the attached screenshot for loading time of the app assets. You can see that app script is loading fast, and the app assets are completely cached so any subsequent loading will not send any remote request and will be fetched instantly. But you may know that all the 3rd party apps and scripts are loaded by Shopify's asynchronous engine and given a timeslot, so this is not the time as how much time the app takes to load but it's the time when it's allowed to load. This is done to make sure that store's main page loading is not impacted and app scripts should load independently. Thats where you'll see that there's a lag in showing the login buttons. This is true for all the apps. This can be improved by loading the app script directly instead of doing asynchronous loading. I can help in doing the changes. Let me know, if you want to go ahead.
They did some adjustments for us and now its great. They installed the widget on both the sign up and login page

Pretty good, not bad at all. UX can be imposed for sure. You can use your own API keys unlike other Social Login apps. A+
There is a problem with Facebook and twitter personal account login. I don't know why, and Twitter has authorized it. Every click still reminds me to authorize login

Does what it says it will do for a reasonable price. We also like the customization options for button display/radius and language. Minimalist enough that you can change what you need without too much distraction. I also had a small issue, which Richard responded to us right away about. He helped us integrate a quick fix to our theme. Install was a breeze. Bottom line, it just works.
Rich has been super helpful and assisting in positioning the login widgets. For the cost and customer service, you cannot go wrong!

Every shop should have a social login because the customers love it. You no longer have to search for the right app. Social Login by Oix Apps is perfect for beginners and programmers as well. The setup couldn't be more straightforward, no matter if you choose automatic or manual. The loading time is fast and last, but not least you get the best support on top if you have special needs for an app which is already highly customizable. We at 1der1 work with social media integration as well and we are more than happy to have the login done by Oxi App.

Great app. Good support. Tested all 3 social login apps, and this app seems to be significantly faster (ie, page load, external server calls, files to load, download size, etc). Also allows custom App ID and App Secret so that you can use your own custom social app. EDIT: Richard was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
So far so good - couldnt be easier to implement and will see how it works out!
Created a customized login popup on my store (the-collectory.com) and the social login app is essential to it. When I have a question about the product, Rich is fast to help and offers great support. Can't recommended it enough!

Works great, but giving it 4 stars because the Instagram login doesn't work. Supposedly this is true for all social login apps out there, which is a shame because most people find my website through Instagram. Instead of the client's email address it creates username@instagram.com - of course now clients don't receive their account creation confirmation or order confirmation emails, which leads to confusion and unhappy customers. I've turned it off for Instagram and it works perfectly smooth now. There's no help or customer service within the app itself, but there's an email address on the Shopify apps space. Richard is very quick to respond.
Simple, easy to use, visitor user-friendly, lowly priced. Definitely recommended for those who require Social Login on their website.
