We're stuck using Tapcart because we have a decent amount of users on our app and I don't want to annex that userbase, but... if I could start all over again, it would be somewhere else. When we first joined (back in 2021-2022), we did have some decent communication, but over the last few years, this app has been a mess. We've rebuilt our website with specific partners that they recommend for their integration partners to have a seamless app and website experience only to get to the end and find out that the MOST major components don't work. I could go on and on. If you have a smaller catalog or need a very basic user experience, you can probably make this app work at a price. But I wouldn't recommend Tapcart to anyone based on my recent experiences.

We've been working with Searchanise for a few months and they've been really helpful. The support is very responsive and filters help for larger stores.

Super helpful feature to customize and brand our templates. Team is also very responsive and was great to work with. Highly recommended.

The support team at Judge.me has been great and has always been helpful when we need it. Good app at an affordable price.
App has fantastic functionality and the support is second to none. They have been beyond incredible from the start. I highly recommend this app for use as an affiliate program.
The app is a huge upgrade from the previous loyalty program we've used for over 6 years and their support has been fantastic for helping with any questions. Happy with the switch to Smile.
