Sleep Zone

Hi Sleep Zone, thank you for your feedback. At Webrex, we never do any injustice to our customers — we treat every merchant fairly. Thousands of our merchants have chosen to upgrade to Premium and are paying monthly for the AI Trust & Review (star ratings) feature. Giving this feature for free to some merchants while others are paying for it would be completely unfair to those who already trusted us with their subscription. That's not how we operate. Just to clarify for anyone reading — our Free plan is genuinely free and includes a comprehensive schema suite at no cost: ✅ AI Product Schema ✅ AI Merchant Schema ✅ AI Local Presence ✅ Organization Schema ✅ Breadcrumb Schema ✅ AI Content Discovery ✅ 30,000 AI tokens The AI Trust & Review feature (star ratings in Google) is part of our Premium plan because it requires real-time integration with 38+ third-party review apps, ongoing backend processing, and active maintenance to handle Google's strict bestRating and worstRating requirements. This feature has genuine infrastructure and development costs — which is exactly why it sits on Premium rather than Free. For context: most Shopify merchants charge for their own products too — Premium schema features are no different. We invest heavily in our team and infrastructure to deliver this feature at just $19.99–$49.99/month, with a full 30-day free trial on every paid plan. Our records show you've been in the app for 2 days. We'd genuinely love the chance to show you what the Free plan alone can do for your store's Google visibility. Please reach out via live chat anytime — we respond within minutes and we'd truly like to help. Webrex is a Built for Shopify certified app trusted by 800+ merchants with a 4.9-star rating. — Webrex Team
