We have been using this app for a few years and the search function is great. We recently hired an ADA Team to review our website to be sure the site meets the ADA requirements as we had been sued for violations. The Searchanise team took all the violations and corrected them within a few days! A very prompt response to a very important issue and a relief to know that the app will function for all. Thank you for the great service! And we needed some help now in 2026 with one of the search functions, got an immediate answer and the steps we needed to take were clearly outlined and easy to follow. Thank you.

I needed to update the app with code, I don't know how to write code and do not want to mess up our site. John offered to do it for me and did it immediately! Made my life so much easier and I greatly appreciated his quick help. And later down the road John helped me to clarify the privacy issues and consent issue with agentic shopify plans. Prompt and thoroughly explained.

We have been using this app for several years now. It is easy to update and user friendly on our website. If I have Any problem the response from the developer is quick and Very helpful and resolution is easily attained. I recommend this app!

I have been using this app for about 5 years and I think it is great. This app is really easy to use and I have added many galleries with hundreds of pictures. Pictures sell our products and this app allows the customers to see our products across a wide range of uses, When we needed tech support it was given to us very fast and results were great.

I have been using this app for a few years now and it has always been a great way for me to add the many options we offer to our products. The app allows me to add items at no extra cost for choice of application or to add items with extra costs. Some of my products have 10+ options added in. The app is Great! A few months ago we made some upgrades to our theme and had some SEO work done and I noticed that my site began showing the hidden options for our Bold app in our search bar. I reached out to Bold and Dylan immediately responded and took care of the issue and when he wasn't sure on the final fix he escalated the issue to the next level and they promptly fixed the issue. The site is working and the app is working and all is good. Thank you Dylan and Bold for a great team and a great app!
