Thank you for the review. You have not contacted us about this issue before uninstallation so we did not really have a chance to understand your problem. What we learnt from your brief message is most likely you have seen multiple datasources created in your GMC, which does not affect the quality or serviceability of your items in GMC at all. If that was the case, it was part of the Content API to Merchant API auto migration to conform with Google API roadmap. Other than creating more verbose datasources in GMC it does not affect your listing in any way. Please reach out to let us know more about your issue, and I am sure that our capable Support team will be able to rectify it in no time. Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but it seems there may be some misunderstanding. Our app does not overwrite your store’s original code. Instead, we use separate override files to display prices with and without VAT. When the app is uninstalled, these override files are removed, and your store’s default theme files should remain unaffected. If you experienced missing prices even after uninstalling the app, it’s likely that another app or customization may have caused the issue. Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate this could be more clearly stated on our Shopify app listing. Like many other Shopify apps, we do offer free plans for Shopify "development" and "partner" stores allowing merchants to install and test SparkLayer. This is also a great way for Shopify developers (or Shopify agencies) to evaluate our solution or even use it as a demo site. We are always happy to accommodate this! Once a merchant is ready to go live, they would typically implement SparkLayer on their "live Shopify store" and proceed to select a paid plan. For our Enterprise customers, we also offer an extended free trial (which is why you see the "Free" text above - this is unfortunately a limitation in how Shopify allow us to set up our app listing!). We will review how this can be adjusted to make it clearer for future merchants.
