Wonderful support and pretty easy integration!

AMAZING customer support and a pretty seamless returns app - pricing is great, customizability is great. Just wish that the tracking from stamps.com communicated with the app so each return would automatically move into the correct category (i.e., shipment in progress, shipment received, etc.) but this is just a minor inconvenience for an otherwise wonderful, easy app!

Their support is great, I reached out in the afternoon about our promo bar overlapping our headers, and it was fixed within a few hours.

The possibilities are endless, and we love the ability to customize our popups, and the layers allow us greater control over the design. Great app!
