The Auto check of every product when I go to print just ONE label is a pain. I spend more time unclicking the products . It is a HORRIBLE DEFAULT. PLEASE go back to leaving them all as ZERO.

Hi there! Thank you so much for sharing this feedback! I have passed that feedback along to our development team, and really appreciate you flagging this. In the meantime, when selecting products on the **Add products** page in the app, you can untick any variants under the selected product you don't need labels for. That way, when you get to the next page to enter the correct number of labels you need, you won't need to remove/zero out any, as they have already been excluded. We've had Gift Reggie for almost a year and we've had no issues. Customer service is still great- they are prompt, friendly and very helpful. Jason has helped me multiple times with altering settings for our themes. Jason is always friendly, and really makes an effort to help. Chat support is very convenient and there is never a wait.
