Asked for help adding the hearts to the collection pages and a link in the menu for access to the wishlist page and it was completed very quickly and easily! Very satisfied with this app and the customer service provided.
We asked you for help 2 weeks ago and nobody is replying! Please urgently help, your app is not working anymore on our websites! It shows a circle without heart on collection pages and customers can't click on it. https://figuredart.com/

We are very sorry for the issue you faced . However, we did not receive any email from you 2 weeks ago. You have been our valued customer since 2022, and throughout this time we have always responded quickly usually within 12–24 hours, and worked to fix any issues right away. That’s why it’s truly disheartening to see a 1-star review 😔. While investigating, we found that in the class you added to the div element wishlist-wrapper, a display:none CSS is applied. Because of this, the wishlist is not showing up. This class is not coming from our code. Overall incredibly impressed with Wishify and Zooomy all together. I had issues finding where in the code to install it but I reached out to them, received a reply very quickly and they just went ahead and installed it for me. I asked for a secondary feature and It wasn't long after that they had completed it too. Highly recommend it for a wishlist app and zooomy as app company all together. Update, we needed some custom code entered to exclude certain pre-order products from the wishlist opt in, their team was very responsive! They were able to action and resolve our request within 24 hours.

Best support I have ever had on an app! I installed it pretty quick, but had one little hitch (my fault).. I emailed them on Sunday night, received a response within an hour, and its not even 6am on Monday morning and it is fixed. The app is simple, affordable, and does exactly what I needed it to do. THANK YOU! UPDATE: I just wanted to update my review after using it for over a year. Its great, and the service is FANTASTIC. I just needed an app to do this one thing. Not a dozen things, not run my business, just handle wishlists, and this app does it beautifully, with responsive support and an easy interface. Thank you!

I really love using this app and my costumers REALLY loves it. I changed my theme and the app disapeared for a while and I had so many costumers asking where their wishlist went. So this is something costumers use regularly! And also it is so easy to get the help I need when i have some tech problems. We recommend!

Installed the app because it seemed the best choice. After setting up, wich is easy and not easy, it stopped working properly after a while. I wrote a support message wich didn't seemed to get send to Wishify :(. I then deleted the app... Offcourse they noticed all this and my support message did get sent! :-D So they reached out and reinstalled everyting within minutes they answered my mails and I was kind of amazed by the support they do give. It shows that you sometimes just have to be patient and ask the devs for help. So far I am happy with it and trust they will be there when needed!! Even while using the free version!! Thanks team!
Fantastic customer service! Quick response time and fast support! I wasn’t able to figure out how to program the app on my Shopify, so I submitted a request for help. I received a response and they added the app for me within hours.
This is a great app and we installed it just in time for the holiday season. It will also help get customers to sign up for our mailing list and we can cross promote with email blasts!

So far it has been great service and easy to set up. I am yet to have customers create accounts yet but I have done testers and is quite easy.

I have had this app on my store for a while and, with so many of our customers wanting to create wish lists, this app is perfect! I recently changed the theme of my store and struggled to move the wish list across, I contacted Wishify late on a Saturday afternoon and by that evening they had it all working for me. Exactly what you want from an app and form app makers support.
Just installed the app and so far it's working great! The Wishify team was very responsive and helped install the app on our site quickly and efficiently.

Very easy to install and setup. To get the look and feel of some of the features of this app to match your store theme you have to contact them and they work on it with a quick turnaround.. very impressed so far!
So far so good! Wanted to start having an account system and Wishlist set up on my site and this app made it easy. They also did a good job explaining how to set it up yourself, but once I finished, I wanted to make the Wishlist button a little more customized, and I reached out to support, who managed to get back to me and install those updates within an hour of emailing them. Looking forward to my continued use of this app. A suggestion: I am unsure if this is possible, but if there would be a way for the customer to access their Wishlist within their Shopify account rather than a separate page, I think that could potentially bring a lot of value. But for the time being I made it work pretty well, and I am happy with the results thus far.
Our customer's were requesting a wishlist option on our store. We reviewed several apps and decided on this one for it's simplicity and reasonable price. All questions and requests were answered and modifications turned around quickly. This company is very easy to work with.
This App is amazing!!!!! Love Every feature. Had a little issue connecting the code but because I made a mistake. Instructions are clear, but I went ahead of the process and made a mistake. This app is excellent. It runs very smooth on the front-end, and is easy to navigate and edit on the back-end. The support team is extremely responsive and helpful. Each time I have reached out they have resolved the issue within the hour. I highly recommend using the Wishify Wishlist.
The app owner was very helpful in that he didn't charge me to install his software into my Shopify theme. And I just love how quick he got it done. About 5 min, and presto, me store was full of hearts. So it's pretty obvious I recommend this app to be A-1, yes:)

App was quite easy to install, but even if you do not have skills do no worry. Super fast, super great help was found in chat. In no time they did everything for me and even translated parts that were behind the code. Really, really good service and app seems to work well and it looks good too!!
