So far it has been great and customer support is very responsive. This has been a great app for us.
We had a difficult time getting Multifeed to work with Awin, but finally worked it out. Customer service was helpful. Hoping this continues to work for us moving ahead.
We used judge.me for a while, then switched to another review app that had other features integrated. We are back with judge.me as support has been really helpful and it allows us to incentivize people to provide reviews right in the app. We are really happy with this product.
If you're looking for a really simple post-purchase survey, this is really perfect. Easy to use and does the trick. Over 50% of our customers have answered our simple survey and it has given us greater insight into how we've acquired them.

The app looks great on your store! Thanks so much for the review, we're so happy to hear you're loving our NPS post-purchase survey app! You can also reach out to our support team - they're willing to help however they can! They are capable enough to do minor style changes - if you had anything in mind :-)
I do not recommend for small businesses. Too complicated to use. The moment a user gets out of a flow that you didn't want them to get out of, you're in a bind. You have to do mind gymnastics in order to figure out how to align your flows correctly. I've also had serious problems with the back-populate function, which they know they need to overhaul. I've also had people kicked out of flows, but the flow says just that they've been "skipped" - big difference between these two things. Klaviyo is very powerful and has some great features, but I'm looking forward to switching because it's simply too complicated.
I've been working with Gem for several months, building individual pages and collections. It's far more flexible than my theme. Customer support team has been super helpful whenever I have an issue. Can't thank them enough.
