Excellent service always!

I was skeptical before trying this app since I figured it would hurt our conversion rate. I was VERY surprised to see that it actually both increased our CVR and profit per order. The psychology seems to work like this... Potential customers see the insurance in the cart (for about $1-2) and it makes them feel safer about the purchase, thus increasing CVR, and more money in our pocket, which in turn allows us to deal with lost packages etc. The SavedBy team is great to work with, extremely fast, and you can tell they've done their homework to optimize their app for conversion. Appstle works great. Customer Service is always available to help through chat. They've been able to solve almost every issue through chat. If they cannot solve it, they find me the help I need.

I've been using this app for a couple of days and I'm super impressed with the built-in functionality and level of support they offer. We have some custom landing pages with several products & variants on the same page. They offered to step in and do a couple of custom things so their app would work seamlessly with their app, the same day we asked! For regular Shopify pages, the testing works out of the box with just a couple of clicks. It also works with subscriptions (Recharge in our case). This saves us a ton of $$/time/effort by skipping bulky A/B testing software and it doesn't impact speed!

This app is very responsive and fast to load. I asked a question to their support and they replied within 5 minutes and then did a custom integration in my theme. 5/5 works as described and amazing support.

I never review apps but this app is FREE and completely saved me today. I did in 5 minutes what would have easily taken me half an hour, and been boring as heck. Thank you!

I do not always write reviews, but always do when I receive good support. I got an answer to my support request within an hour, and got it fixed within the next hour also. + they customized the plugin to my theme colors, without even me asking for it. Other than that, the plugin works really well.

Schema Plus helped me implement FAQ sections in my blog articles that respect the JSON LD standard and that Google can easily read. I received support from the dev team that helped me fix an error in my theme (not related to their plugin), which is something I did not expect from a subscription of this value. I'm extremely satisfied so far!
