We had some issues with ReelUp and Gurkirt was a great help in getting everything sorted out. He took the time to understand the problems, guided us through the solutions and made sure everything was working properly. What I really appreciated was his patience, quick response and willingness to help. Thank you for making the whole troubleshooting process much easier!
Really happy with the experience with Reel Up! They understood my problems properly and provided a really good solution. The team was supportive, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Really appreciate the effort and support from the Reel Up team. Highly recommended!
So disappointed with the app billing and plan pricing, this app literally overcharges users monthly, just for 200-300-400 views i kept getting charged 40 usd monthly although i was getting lesser than 3k views, i was supposed to get charged 30 usd, according to them it's their new plan's price and i had to pay 40 usd each month just for very few views of the reels, you must make some changes, since charging a user 40 usd each month for 200-500 is not fair at all, i have asked them for a refund but they kept refusing, this app is not worth 40 usd each month...
The app is very nice to work with and highly customizable. The video player options in particular are excellent and give us a lot of flexibility in how we present content. One feature we're really loving is being able to see social interactions alongside the video. That's a real plus. The support and developer teams deserve a special mention. Gurkirat and Madhu have both been amazing and genuinely helpful every time we've reached out. Highly recommend it.
Madhu provided brilliant and incredibly fast support today! They went above and beyond to help me configure multiple Playlist Carousels on a single page ensuring everything worked flawlessly. The setup was resolved in minutes. Five star service and a huge thank you to Madhu!

Our brand has been on the hunt for the perfect app to showcase our video's in a carousel format and we are so happy to have found ReelUp. Not only is the app user friendly and very easy to install, they have a live customer support chat that is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Exactly what we were looking for! ReelUp has been a fantastic addition to our website. It’s easy to use, and we love being able to display videos directly on each product page. It helps bring our products to life and gives customers a much better understanding of the features and functionality of each purse. Plus, their support team was quick to respond when we needed help. We’ve just started using the app, but we believe it will help increase our sales. Highly recommend!

Good experience with customer support and the app also good
Reelup has been an excellent addition to our Shopify store. It makes it incredibly easy to add engaging video content directly to product pages, which has helped us showcase our products in a much more dynamic way. The setup is simple, the interface is intuitive, and the videos load quickly without slowing down the site. Since implementing this app, we've noticed better engagement from visitors and improved conversion rates. The ability to highlight products through short videos really enhances the shopping experience. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking to increase trust, engagement, and sales with video content!
This is my first few hours using Reelup, but so far, it has been an easy setup and I'm just about to publish. What strikes me immediately is that their support is great! I was able to get on a chat within minutes and get all of my questions answered in real time while I implemented.
We’ve been using this app for a while and have been really happy with it. It’s a simple way to add more personality to our page, and we’ve also seen a positive impact on sales. Customer support has been quick and helpful whenever needed.
We have been working with ReelUp since moving to Shopify and it has been a brilliant tool for us Recently we got in touch with support to help on a couple of bits and they have gone above and beyond Really happy with this tool
Highly impressed with the support. Gurkirat was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Team Reelup, for the great experience.
Tuve un problema técnico en el código de mi shopify y el equipo me lo resolvió con mucha autonomía. Buen equipo de soporte.
Great app- if you have a lot of videos this helps add more information for your products. Great support too.
App is great and the customer service is excellent. Madhu took a lot of effort into resolving my issue and was very prompt with her work, she helped me understand how to display videos on my homepage and immediately resolved my queries and issues. Great App, well done!
Absolutely love the features this application has to offer! However, something that stood out to us the most is their customer service! We scheduled a zoom meeting with their tech (Gurkirat Singh) who was able to help within minutes! We in the family run 3 businesses and all use this application, Gurkirat was able to answer the questions of all 3 businesses in my family! After the zoom meeting was done, we had additional questions and Gurkirat answered them on the live chat feature! Absolutely love supporting a company that delivers real customer service to their customers rather than ai or automated help lines! Highly Recommend!
Great app — highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make their page more dynamic and add videos of their products. Special thanks to the support team — they respond quickly and help resolve any issues.

Great and fast customer support, intuitive UI for the app, which makes the content management very efficient. Also, very good analytics. Recommend!
ReelUp is a must-have for our Shopify store! It seamlessly blends video and shopping—letting customers watch, click, and buy directly from our videos. Setup is simple, the interface is intuitive, and video performance on mobile is excellent. Since using ReelUp, our conversion rate and sales have increased noticeably as shoppers better understand our products through engaging videos. Their support team is fast and professional. Highly recommended for any store looking to boost sales with video!
Your app is not working, unable to access the app from shopify. Logo just keeps animating, unable to add, delete, update videos. If developers are seeing this resolve this fast. Update- Team fixed the issue same day. Thank you for quick support.
Selling lifestyle products online isn’t easy — customers want to see and feel the product. When we launched our Shopify store, visitors came but purchases didn’t happen. That’s when we discovered ReelUp. Adding shoppable videos directly to our website was very impactful. Customers could see the products in action and shop instantly. Our pages looked more engaging, and conversions improved noticeably. The ReelUp team has been amazing — responsive, approachable, and always ready to help. For us at Coral Slub, ReelUp has truly bridged the gap between seeing and feeling — making shopping more real.

Recently, we experienced a technical glitch, but the team resolved it promptly and professionally — and they kept us updated throughout the process. It’s great to know that they genuinely care about their users. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for something that not only works smoothly but also comes with outstanding customer support.
