I had a couple of support questions, and to be fair the AI answered 2, and then I requested a human agent for the 3rd question, and support was fast, friendly and very helpful. It's a great app, and we use a number of the features across our site and know there is lots more we can grow with as our business develops.

We had an issue with our mega menu, but support was quick, friendly and resolved the issue quickly. The app is great and gives you lots of options to create just what you need for your website etc... We are very pleased so far.
