Easiest integration I've ever had to do! The impact team was super helpful with making the integration process painless and I'm excited to get to using all the amazing features they offer!

So far so good. We just started using Bayengage and the help to get it up and running as been great! Having an account manager is very helpful to me and I look forward to the extension of great service for our customers as well since we switched!

Their customer service is SO great!! I had some issues and they went above and beyond to walk me through how to set up the app and make sure it was right for my store!!

We just started using Gorgias, came from Zendesk and had bad experiences there. Love the customer service and the help in setting everything up. I got a walk though step by step when I was having issues and am very grateful for that.
