Great customer service, so helpful!

Tax Rex has been a huge help for our Shopify store. The app itself works exactly as needed, but what really stands out is the customer service. Their team is incredibly patient, responsive, and thorough. Every question we’ve had — even the small, technical ones — has been handled quickly and clearly. They take the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, which is rare when dealing with tax-related tools. It’s clear they care about getting it right, not just closing tickets. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable solution backed by a truly supportive team.

This app is great for tracking inventory for products. Because we are a manufacturing business, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't offer a way to track ingredients and parts of base products and finished products. That would close out our needs for a full inventory tracking system. However, the purchase order capability (which I haven't been able to really use a lot, since we are manufacturing most of our products) is useful and works well. Now that the scanner capabilities are back up on the Inventory screen, we are happy campers. Purely for tracking completed product inventory and integrating with Shopify, we are happy with the product. The customer service team communicates very well, is super helpful, and will do everything they can to help figure out and resolve any issues. It does take some time because I'm in the US so there is a time difference between here and the ST team. Thanks a lot for your review and feedback! We'll surely take this into consideration for our product roadmap.

Excellent customer service and very user-friendly for my customers. I spend so much less time fielding customer service requests because they are able to figure out how to add to their subscription and swap products themselves. Love it!

Navidium is way better than the Route app which was not user friendly and not effective. Navidium has great customer service! It’s completely worth it!
