EXCELLENT APP for fast and accurate syncing between stores and also very useful with product bundles, which I had been doing manually. I did recently decide to close all of my marketplace sites (tired of their fees) so I won't need this app anymore but it was very good while I had it and it is recommended. I was astonished to find that although there are many inventory management systems, very few both calculate average costs and provide the ability to receive purchase orders. Sumtracker is the most cost-effective option I have been able to find in Shopify's network, and their customer service is highly responsive, communicates clearly, and is helpful. I had a trial version of this app to help with purchase orders. I synched the inventory, but did not allow it to make adjustments through the app screen, as all my staff access the inventory from mobile POS. I discovered that every time there was an adjustment in our inventory - adding stock, accepting refunds, etc., after a short period of time (sometimes hours, sometimes days after!) the app would reverse the change, removing the inventory we added or adding inventory we manually removed! This was super frustrating, as then our stock was out. I went through the apps dashboard to try and see a history of changes to know what to fix, but their internal system said there were no changes on the app's part. However, when filtering through the Shopify system, I was able to find 27 times the app reversed our changes - sometimes multiple times for the same product after we fixed it. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It made extra work for my staff and I, and it was very frustrating that it said it was only synching information when in reality it was adjusting things behind our back, which we did not give it permissions to do. We are sorry to hear about this experience. During the setup process, Sumtracker displays multiple confirmations and warnings that clearly state Sumtracker will act as the master source for inventory in your store. This is a core part of how the sync works — once enabled, Sumtracker maintains inventory accuracy by syncing its records to Shopify, which can override manual changes made outside the app. This behavior is by design and is communicated at several steps before sync is activated. That said, I understand that this may have been overlooked during setup, and I appreciate you sharing this feedback. I do want to note that we did not receive any support ticket or message from your team while this was happening. Had we been contacted, we would have been able to explain the sync behavior, help adjust the settings, or restore inventory levels promptly. We are constantly available for support and offer unlimited assistance with account setup and configuration. If required, we work closely with merchants to ensure everything is set up correctly for their specific workflow. Sumtracker has been a game changer for our business. We are a manufacturer that utilizes multiple local subcontractors to produce our product. Sumtracker allows us to send PO's to those subcontractors and keep track accurately. The bundle feature of Sumtracker is also extremely helpful, as we use it for the retail side (product bundles), but we also use bundles for keeping track of components that need to be ordered from our subcontractors. The staff is always very helpful when we have questions and are always open to our suggestions. I forsee Sumtracker becoming even more advanced over time, so we are excited to see new features along the way!

After trying over a handfull of apps Sumtracker finally provided us with a solution for our biggest challenges. The installation and setup went very smooth. Within a few hours I already was on a videocall with one of their staff who was able to answer all of my questions. The unique bundling function has been a key feature to how we manage stock in form of products and components today. Perfect app for inventory management and for anyone using 'bundles' of products for easy management and costing. Support has also been amazing during our onboarding with quick and detail responses and guidance.

Really great tool for our inventory with highly customizable items that are made out of components. Wonderful customer support! They take time to respond (~24 hours), but they provide great solutions.

UPDATE: I have been using this APP for over a year now, and I still love it just as much! And support for this app is top notch too! Shopify (and eBay etc.) needs more great apps like this! SumTracker is everything I expected it to be, and MORE. Everything literally works flawlessly once you set it up. And it operates FAST too (everything loads quickly in the APP, and changes are updated VERY quickly too). I use it for my Shopify Store and eBay. Very customizable, and just plain works! You can easily update quantity manually, for each product, if needed, or you can use spreadsheets to edit quantity (if needed). Once it is all setup though, you will never HAVE to worry about anything though, other than adding more inventory when you receive shipments from your suppliers (this is very easy to do though - either directly within the APP, or by using spreadsheet uploads). Support for this APP is excellent too. SumTracker is definitely one of the best APP's I have ever used. Well worth every penny!

Sumtracker is the perfect tool for managing our inventory, PO and anything related to managing our SKUs, bundles and components. We used to be on a 2000$ tool and Sumtracker is equivalent if not better. Until we move to an ERP, I don't see us going anywhere. A lot come from Ankit and his team - they're super responsive and helpful. They want to make their tool better and they want to help you. I've never waited more than 12 hours for an answer. 5 stars and kudos to them

Ankit & the team are constantly on the ball with customer support. They have released several updates since we have had the system, which is good to know they are still investing time and improving their system which is one of the main reasons we left our previous management system. Outstanding customer service. This app is far more functional than other inventory apps I have used (Shopify native, Trunk) so it is more complicated to use. Every time I have had a question customer support has promptly walked me through it step by step. I thought that working outside of Shopify would be more cumbersome than it is. This app is great for tracking inventory for products. Because we are a manufacturing business, the only complaint I have is that it doesn't offer a way to track ingredients and parts of base products and finished products. That would close out our needs for a full inventory tracking system. However, the purchase order capability (which I haven't been able to really use a lot, since we are manufacturing most of our products) is useful and works well. Now that the scanner capabilities are back up on the Inventory screen, we are happy campers. Purely for tracking completed product inventory and integrating with Shopify, we are happy with the product. The customer service team communicates very well, is super helpful, and will do everything they can to help figure out and resolve any issues. It does take some time because I'm in the US so there is a time difference between here and the ST team. Thanks a lot for your review and feedback! We'll surely take this into consideration for our product roadmap.

After looking for months for a solution that could help me separate SKUs in bundles, I finally found Sumtracker. Kush and the team have been extremely helpful in the process, while developoing the Packing List that I needed for the warehouse fulfilment. A lot of the other apps are ok if you are linking by creating new listings yet most of them have problems doing that with existing listings. Sumtracker was one of the easiest syncs I've personally. Also the pricing is more than fair, considering how much time you save manually linking products. Love the UI too, really recommend.

We tried everything to manage our inventory and nothing worked perfectly until we found this app. We tried managing inventory manually, tried using excel and using VBA macros functions to download our inventory/subtract recent orders/and upload the new inventory to each sales channels, we used different apps and different websites, but nothing matched the functionality as much as Sumtracker. This app syncs easily with all your online sales channels and it's super easy to use. The biggest +: you can speak directly to the developer and ask for new functions to be implemented or fix issues that come up. They are really helpful and willing to hear everyone's ideas to improve the app. This app has become essential to our business.

This app is fantastic! I would not have been able to track my products without it. Shopify doesn't offer product tracking that subtracts from the main inventory, only from the variant total. Sumtracker fixed this problem for my business. Ankit is always very helpful when you have any questions. Definitely would recommend.

Great for keeping track of packaging materials. Our products when sold have boxes, tissue paper, stickers, koozies, and come with accessories. Instead of knowing product inventory and having to do weekly counts of packing materials, everything is now synced up and we always have an accurate inventory number.

I've used Sumtracker now for about a month - the guys have nailed the functionality and UI simplicity. It's the first time I haven't felt overwhelmed in an inventory management system. After about 1 day of use, I got the basics, counted our warehouse inventory into the app and was able to link our 2 Shopify stores, Etsy and Amazon store. The support is also fantastic - the guys are quick to respond, open to feedback and improving the app for users. I've been through 10+ free trials, this is the one guys. Stop looking. Does everything you need it to do at the right price.

so far, so good. I've only been using for a short time as of this review. The positive is that sumtracker support has been amazing. Ankit and team have been super friendly and responsive which is the most important thing for any company in my opinion. They currently nail the customer experience part of business. The app is also super easy to use and i was able to get up and running within just a few days. I've only had a couple small issues and bugs, but like i said, they've been super responsive and have fixes in the pipeline for any bugs/issues i find. The 4 star is because ive only been using for a short time and any small software company is going to have bugs/issue to work out. I'm sure this will turn into a 5 star as i have more time with the software. I look forward to continuing to use this application for my inventory needs.

Sumtracker solved all of the problems I had trying to use Shopify for both wholesale and retail sales. It allows me to track wholesale/retail inventory with the same SKU, which no one else seemed to be able to do. They've been great to promptly answer every question I have in a timely manner and even meet virtually with me when I need them to. Highly recommend!

I've been using sumtracker since the beginning of the year. I had encountered a few problems during that time. Each time I reached out i would get an email a day or so later stating that they could no longer find the error I saw in inventory etc. Their suggestion is to schedule a call to discuss the problem. Only I'm in the US and they wanted me to call them at 3am. The latest problem caused me to oversell 4 different items that previously had been out of stock. The software update on Monday and added inventory to these listings and caused me a huge nightmare. Support took a day to respond once again saying that they didn't see any problem. I had included error numbers and messages. They never did clarify what any of them meant. I though the program had potential but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Had this app for 9 months now and CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! If you need to sync inventory between 2 or more stores/platforms then this app is a must have. Plus the support from Ankit is fast and they keep adding features to make my job even easier, most recently working on a picklist feature! Love everything about Sumtracker and highly recommend it is great value for the time savings it offers!

I have used multiple inventory management software in the past and this one by far is the easiest to use and the best quality. I haven't come across any bugs or errors. Other platforms I have used in the past seem to have heaps of bugs that is not ideal when tracking inventory. We use this app to bundle products to their components. We have HEAPS of listings on Shopify, eBay and Etsy and it works really well for us. The platform is very intuitive and they are always looking for ways to improve their system. Customer service is also top notch!

I highly recommend this Inventory Control App. We looked at many inventory apps recommended by Shopify but only Sumtracker could do what we needed. We have two brick and mortar boutiques and two online stores on two different platforms. We needed to combine all of our inventory from all of our locations, from two different platforms, into one location because all our inventory is shared by all of our locations. Shopify alone did not fulfill our need. So, we added the Sumtracker App. We had a lot of questions. Kush and Ankit were there for us every step of the way. We had several video conferences with them and many emails. And after all that SUCCESS !!! We were able to update and add our inventory to Sumtracker and now we are so relieved to have all of our inventory controlled in one location but is sold in four locations. Shopify reports tells me which location sold the merchandise while Sumtracker keeps track of our inventory. We are now able to keep better track of what we have in inventory. Thank You Sumtracker !!!!

I looked at a few different options for inventory management, including Zoho among others - this one beat them all with its simplicity - it has everything I needed to allow effective inventory tracking and purchase ordering, with no unneeded extras slowing it down. We use 3 different only platforms to sell our products, and have over 1,000 SKU's ... I'm very happy with this app. It gives us peace of mind when it comes to having all of the platforms up to date with the correct quantities. At first I was wary due to its simplicity ... but now I see the brilliance in its simplicity, as it is simple and clear in a world of complex businesses. But, truly, what I appreciate the most is their hands-on approach to the onboarding. They understand that each business is different, and our thought process and needs are different, so Ankit jumped on a Zoom with me and patiently took the time to answer all questions, and send a follow up email with the links as a reminder of our call. That little effort on their end, saved us tons of hours trying to figure things out. (I am comparing it to the experience with other apps). Thank you, Ankit and team!

What's clear from developer's response is that they have zero interest in fixing their app or discovering what went wrong. He's gotten into a barrage of denials. Ask yourself if something goes wrong do you want debugging or griping? Terrible app, completely f's up your inventory across multiple channels, specifically Etsy. Confuses different shops, pulls products out of archive on Shopify(!), makes stuff active on one Etsy shop when it should be assoc. with another. If you're trying to sync Shopify with Etsy then good luck - over 40 listings are newly renewed across two Etsy shops. What's hilarious about this is that I got two orders on Etsy during the debacle and, yup, you guessed it - inventory didn't update. And these reviews saying "team is responsive?" Fake. Not sure why Shopify is leaving this app up. So the issue with "getting a call" or "getting help" is that the app is gone from my shop. I don't need "help" and no amount of speaking on the phone will fix the issues. And, why would I invite a call where the developer is calling me a liar and saying that my entire review is a lie in emails? Yah, right. App developers need to understand the Etsy platform in order to manage inventory there. In no circumstances should listings be moved from de-active to active without confirmation. In no circumstances should listings be duplicated across Etsy shops - Etsy is very clear about this. Duplicate listing is cause for shop closure - all shops assoc. with same IP. Seriously? Why risk it? Note: edited for succinctness

We do on-demand shirt printing, so Sumtracker's bundling capabilities are critical to our operations. We need to know how many products are possible based on all of the different iterations of apparel blanks and transfers. Brilliant app. I've been using it for about 6 months and can genuinely say it's saved me hours. I sell a lot of stock in bundles, on both Shopify and Etsy. Before using SumTracker I was trying to download sales reports and updating stock manually which was time consuming, but at Christmas when sales were high, I'd still run out of stock partway through the day leading to disappointed customers. SumTracker updates both channels with accurate stock in minutes. It was easy to set up and use. Customer service when I've needed it have been really knowledgeable and supportive.

Super easy app to work with. The team is very responsive. Etsy changed some stuff up, and nothing would sync. However, they worked relentlessly to fix the problem and get everything back up and running correctly. I highly recommend this app if you run inventory on multiple platforms.

Just finished trial and subscribed because its that good! Even in trial, the support is quick and amazing. Its incredible how well this works. It updates instantly. Even making changes to part numbers, it syncs up immediately and does not mess up the bundles already in place. I would love to see the 5k import limit increased. That is the only downside for us with larger stores.

After two year of my inventory being an absolute mess, I found this app and it has been a total game changer. Super easy to set up and use.
