Huh... I guess, I didn't want a CRM. I wanted helpdesk software. My first experience with helpdesk software was with Gorgias, and they weren't a bad choice. But, in the end, they had a few things that just didn't fit with us. We are big users of the mobile app and email. I had just finished customizing our interaction with Gorgias using their API but still bailed because the main thing I needed was a smooth interaction with the application that I could only get with Reamaze. Very happy so far. My next steps are integrating voice and customizing the chat interaction.
I've been using this plugin for years. It's amazing. SEO can be complicated; there are LOTS of aspects. This is an important one. The people at JSON-LD for SEO have an incredible depth of knowledge. I like to dive into SEO and have asked them several questions. The responses were prompt and thoughtful. I have way more plugins than the average store, and this one provides solid ROI for me. If you are not planning on keeping your store long, maybe you can find something without the large upfront cost. But if you spending your time and energy on your store, buying this is a no-brainer.

Reviews are VERY important. If you don't think so, you are doing something wrong. Judge.me is amazing! The customization and integration allowed it to fit seamlessly into my site and workflow. When I need to contact support for questions, they were very helpful. I couldn't be happier.

I was going to use a google form but POWr.io's Form Builder is better and integrates directly into my site. Love it!
I try to keep on top of SEO but there are so many details and me being human someone times I miss problems. Plug in SEO has been great at finding little things I overlook. Not to mention their support is amazing. I wrote them saying they were reporting a problem in error. They replied back and clearly, patiently, and without judgment showed me I did have a problem.
