Excellent app, I've tried many for reviews, this one works very nicely with our site and backend.
Helpful support, free tier is decent but pricing is punchy and customisation is minimal. Not bad for gaining some customer reviews.

We've recently updated our pricing model to be more flexible - you can find more information on our website and in the Yotpo admin. Totally failed on Black Friday. Error message saying 'Something's gone wrong'. I've lost sales. Shocking.
Be careful, I installed this and it left my site broken, fortunately I rolled back to a previous state.
